House vacation rentals in Çalış Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. We were particularly impressed by the impeccable cleanliness – everything was sparkling clean, well maintained and lovingly prepared. You feel immediately welcome and comfortable. The villa is not only tastefully decorated, but also ideally located: the beach is just minutes away, which is especially convenient for relaxing days by the sea. At the same time, the city is also quickly accessible – ideal if you want to stroll, eat or shop in between. Another highlight was the private pool: clean, pleasantly tempered and perfect for cooling off and relaxing – a real plus! The combination of tranquility, comfort, proximity to the beach and proximity to the city makes this accommodation really special. We can recommend it without restrictions and will be happy to come back!

Beautiful place. Very well designed, with a lot of attention to detail. Definitely worth the money, especially for more than two people. Taner was responsive to questions and requests. We had hoped to use the inside pool, but it would have cost us an extra $50 a day to heat it. There is a 2-person jacuzzi upstairs, but it was not functional. I did not bother to ask Taner if there was a way to get it working. We would have strongly prefered to have 2 keys, not one. We had to be very careful that we didn't lock ourselves out. The key cannot be detached from the fob that operates the electricity, and so we always needed to remember to pocket the key and fob as we left the house. In any case, this is an excellent choice for the Fethiye area.

We stayed here as a family of five and couldn’t fault our 5 day stay- the villa was absolutely stunning and spotless, all the rooms were air conditioned and the bathrooms were of a really high quality with great water pressure and showers Our host was always available for any questions we had, and came to maintain our pool daily which was really helpful The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials to enjoy some cooking on the trip- and we really enjoyed making a bbq with all the equipment provided We also had all the essentials for washing clothes, bathrooms and for easy living The location is really walkable and has a delicious pastry & cake shop close by, we also tried many of the restaurants across Cliftik and had some really amazing food- there is also a supermarket with all the essentials close by

Mr. Orhan was extremely interested in everything you could think of with his interest and relevance from the first moment we entered the house to our exit, everything you might need in the house was tastefully chosen up to the smallest detail, the house is much more pleasant than it looks in the photos, the beauty of the house and definitely five stars with the interest of the host! We highly recommend it to those who are in the research phase:)

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Cenk and his wife Müge. The house is more beautiful and cozy than the pictures, you don't feel like a stranger, you feel like you are at home. I would like to say that if you don't have a lot of work to do around, if you just want to relax, Yeşilüzümlü is an ideal village. There is a grocery store in front of the house, a market on the upper street, it is really ideal for those looking for calmness. First of all, the hosts are very welcoming and the house is very cozy. I hope to go again as soon as possible

I went to Mr. Ufuk's house with my group of friends. Mr. Ufuk was really helpful in communication. I contacted him regardless of the time. The house was very clean, very handy. The garden, the pool, the seating area, the barbecue, everything was great. We were very pleased. You can choose with peace of mind. The location of the house is a little higher, you definitely need to have a car. It is 30 minutes from the sea and Fethiye bazaar, but it is a quiet place to relax. If you come to Fethiye, this should definitely be one of your choices. Thank you Mr. Ufuk for everything.

Mr. Ömür is a very caring, polite and helpful person. He sent the necessary information and directions by message before the stay. We found the house very easily thanks to the image he sent. The whole house was clean. The items were quite new and useful. We were able to find everything we needed at home. We were surprised that it was so well-equipped. The garden and balcony were very clean and useful. (There is barbecue equipment and a bench set that you can use in the garden. We didn't have time to use it.) We had a comfortable stay in our own home. If we happen to be in Fethiye again, we'd like to stay in this house again. Thank you very much for everything, Mr. Ömür.

We stayed at Ozans place for 3 days and had a great time. It is in a quiet neighborhood and also not far from the beach

I had a great experience with Sinan. He is a very kind and attentive person. The place was also very nice and clean.

The villa was great, it had all the basic necessities you could need. The privacy was perfect. Sinan was a great host, he made sure that we had everything we could need and the villa was spotless when we arrived.

Everything was amazing. He contacted us right from the beginning and gave clear instructions. The villa was equiped with everything that one would need. We loved Mr. Cihan's house. It was a cozy and peaceful home. If you have a car in the location, it is in a comfortable location, so you can easily choose it. There was a house we would ever want to come back to. Thank you for everything🙏🏼

The house is the same as in the photos. Cleaning was perfect in terms of hygiene. Everything we were looking for was available at home and the kitchenware was clean. During the stay, our kitchen gas cylinder ran out and Mr. Metehan immediately and quickly provided a new one. It is a quiet neighborhood in terms of location, central, and very close to everywhere. It met our expectations and we had a nice holiday as a family.

Yılmaz Bey is extremely accommodating and friendly. Solved problems right away. The space is always clean, modern and practical. The surroundings are definitely bad without a vehicle to get to the sea or do other activities. We had a car and got everywhere great. I personally recommend the place. We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family trip — including our baby nephews. The hosts provided baby cots and high chairs, which made things so much easier for us. The location is great, with shops within walking distance and a lovely marina area with restaurants just 10 minutes away. The Wi-Fi only worked in the downstairs portion of the house, but honestly, it encouraged us to disconnect a bit more and enjoy our holiday — not necessarily a bad thing! One of the showers had low water pressure, but it didn’t affect our overall experience. Onur was a fantastic host — super responsive and helpful, always replying within minutes. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely book again!

We stayed for a total of 8 nights with our 9-month-old baby, after intensive research for that area, we decided to stay here, and we were glad we did. Mrs. Aybüke and her husband Mr. Turgay welcomed us very well, we felt like we were in our own home. Very friendly and very professional, they really cared about our holiday. There was a problem with the baby food chair's table, they provided a new one on the second day. Thank you so much. When you come home, there's everything you think you might need, down to the smallest detail. The house is really nice and clean, Mr. Turgay came every other day and cleaned the garden and pool. It is both very quiet and not too far from the center. It exceeded our expectations in every way. I highly recommend it, especially for families with children.
