Spacious Apartment with Private Garden and BBQ, Fethiye

Our 2+1 ground floor apartment with a garden has been carefully prepared for a comfortable stay. All rooms have air conditioning, high-speed internet and fly nets. All kitchen utensils are available. There is a covered free parking lot. It is only 8-10 minutes by car to Fethiye city center, Çalış Beach and Kordon. Grocery stores and the bus stop are within walking distance. The use of the garden and house is entirely exclusive to our guests. There is a seating area for 6 people on the terrace and for 8 people in the garden, as well as a barbecue.

The location is located in the best location in Fethiye. Preferred to have a peaceful, quiet , tranquil holiday. Very close to downtown Fethiye, Paspatur Bazaar, and Çalış Beach. You can easily access all the well-known tourist destinations. The market, pharmacy, and gym are nearby. NOTE: Besides this house, I have another house in the same location. It is centrally located. There is a supermarket next to it. 5 min walk to Çalış beach. The garden is very nice, large and spacious. You can walk to the city center from the beach. 10 minutes walking distance to restaurants, bars, fruit and vegetable market... This house, which consists of 1 bedroom and 1 living room, can accommodate a maximum of 4 people with a spare folding bed and sofa. We cannot accept guests who are only male groups. THE POOL AND GARDEN ARE FOR THE COMMON USE OF ONLY 2 VILLAS

Villa Daffodil was put into service in Fethiye on October 6, 2023. It is suitable for 5 people with 2 bedrooms. The area is 5 minutes by car to Çalış Beach, 10 minutes to the city center and very close to Kargı, Yanıklar, İnlice and Göcek beaches. The pool of our villa, which includes fruit trees in its garden, is of an appropriate width and is maintained and cleaned every day. All details have been considered in a way that will not require the comfort of your home indoors.

You can have time at Çalış beach, reach home in a minute to rest in a beautiful garden. There are nice cafes and restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
