The grocery store, marketplace, pharmacy, community health center and state hospital are within a 5-minute walk. Çalış Beach is a 20-minute walk away. Transportation to the center of Fethiye is 10 minutes by car and 5 minutes on foot to the minibus stop. Our apartment is within walking distance to the largest playground in the region.

In monthly rentals, water, electricity, internet and weekly cleaning are the responsibility of the tenant. Security deposit is $700 The pools are closed from November 1 to April 30 due to weather conditions.
