Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Çalış Beach

Mr. Cihan was interested and devoted to the exit from his entrance, he responded quickly when we needed it, we were able to communicate very comfortably with him. There was everything that could be needed in the house, we stayed with 10 people, he can meet all the needs of 10 people. We had a pleasant time. Thank you to him and his team.

The villa was great, it had all the basic necessities you could need. The privacy was perfect. Sinan was a great host, he made sure that we had everything we could need and the villa was spotless when we arrived.

We had an amazing time at Furkans place. Exceeded expectations and was even nicer in person. Thanks so much for everything, including late checkout and local recommendations 😀

Ayse is a very welcoming, friendly and beautiful lady. She warmly welcomed us and spent an afternoon with us to visit several attractions in Fethiye. It was great!The house is very big and clean. There was more than enough room for the 9 of us. We could use the swimming pool, and picked lemons from the tree. The host also recommended a very affordable Turkish restaurant. Everything was perfect.I would recommend my friends to stay here.

The apartment was large, with a lovely and peaceful balcony that had a good view. The location was safe, quiet, and fairly close to the sea. Fatih was also a warm, genuine person who made us feel at home. If u return to the city, I would absolutely stay here again.

It’s a very clean house in a good location. The host is very accommodating and explaining how the laundry machine worked. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and pans and anything else you might need.

Start off by saying we're quite likely to return, just because of the amenities in the villa rather than the location or part of Turkey itself. Everything thought of, from clothes drying rack, toddler play pen/cot, swing-sofa to relax on and put the toddler to sleep without rocking. Great pool, including 30cm deep section for the younger kids to learn in safely. Property fully covered for privacy. Villa looked after well and looks exactly like photos. Communication good. Couple of issues resolved/solutions noted. I would note it would be advisable to have a car, for the first three nights we did not and managed to go to everywhere walkable with children but after that, a car was helpful to see other local towns

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

Best accommodation I’ve stayed in Turkey! Amazing location to walk everywhere and shop and restaurants. Ayşe is the most amazing host and makes the most amazing coffee in her shop at the bottom of the accommodation. I would recommend this place for younger people looking to party and not worry about sleep as there is a lot of noise coming from the street and alley way, it was a struggle to sleep and the noise continues until 4am. Besides the outside noise, everything is perfect!

Safa's apartment was an amazing choice. Located in a very nice central Fethiye but also in a reaidential private area. Lots of restaurants, shops, banks and a huge shipping mall 10 min walking distance from the house. Safa was an extremely kind and helpful host. I got great recommendations for any local place and also advised a lot with the public transport. Always asked if I needed anything, very thoughtful. He also waited for me until late evening and picked me up I'm person from the Fethiye bus station. The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable and peaceful. I've had a great night sleep. Everything was within a walking distance. I highly recommend to stay at Safa's.

Mr. Aydın welcomed us with a smile. Her place was spacious and comfortable enough. The sheets and covers were very clean. Since we were a little cold in the evening, we asked for a thick blanket and he provided it immediately, thanks to him. She offered us their homemade olive oil, we loved it. Large families can stay comfortably, we stayed for a short time, but for those who stay for a long time, the house also has a beautiful garden, and it can be very nice to spend time there. The location of the house is really nice for a lot of things you can look for on vacation. Whether you spend time at home or have fun outside, both were seriously satisfying. The host, Mr. Mehmet Selim, helped us a lot in providing information and assistance about the house and the surrounding activities. Fethiye left a beautiful place in our hearts. We had a great stay. The house was in the same photos. Bathroom, kitchen, kitchen items, beds, towels were spotless. We felt like home. The pool was quite large and cleaned every day. We felt very comfortable in terms of privacy. The garden was very pleasant. Mr. Kerem welcomed us very warmly and helped with everything. It's a perfect house, Mr. Birol helped us a lot, thanks to us, we stayed with 5 people, we were very comfortable, the house was immaculately clean, you can rent everything with peace of mind.

Our group of 8 really enjoyed our stay in May 2025. The weather was beautiful so we were able to enjoy and relax by the pool. It was the perfect location in terms of ease to get to the beach or mountains by our cars. The host was very kind & responsive and gave us advice for places nearby. Highly recommend.
