Our villa is built in 2024 and complies with all zoning and EARTHQUAKE REGULATIONS.

In monthly rentals, water, electricity, internet and weekly cleaning are the responsibility of the tenant. Security deposit is $700 The pools are closed from November 1 to April 30 due to weather conditions.
