You can enjoy the sunset on its large balcony with a view of the pool, and you can reach the beach in just a few steps. Our apartment has air conditioning, high-speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and all the items you need. There is a parking lot on the property, and it offers a peaceful and safe vacation environment. NOTE: Apart from this house, I have another house of the same type in the same location. Our 2+1 ground floor apartment with a garden has been carefully prepared for a comfortable stay. All rooms have air conditioning, high-speed internet and fly nets. All kitchen utensils are available. There is a covered free parking lot. It is only 8-10 minutes by car to Fethiye city center, Çalış Beach and Kordon. Grocery stores and the bus stop are within walking distance. The use of the garden and house is entirely exclusive to our guests. There is a seating area for 6 people on the terrace and for 8 people in the garden, as well as a barbecue.
