We arrived late in the evening and Massimo welcomed us to show us the house and was very kind. The house was perfect with everything we needed, we had a great time. Thank you for everything Massimo!

We spent several days with my partner and the truth is that it exceeded our expectations. From the time of booking, they contact you to arrange the key exchange. Alberto and his family are very friendly and helpful. They are aware of all the details so that you can have a great vacation. Regarding the accommodation, it has everything they offer and more. The place is spacious, bright and they deliver it to you impeccable. In the bathroom and kitchen you have everything you need. The room has a comfortable bed and the air conditioning worked perfectly. An important detail is the terrace that left us speechless!! It's much larger than it looks in the photos, it has a covered area with a large table where we ate almost every day and an uncovered area to take advantage of day and night. You can park on the street without a problem and it is a nice area for walking. Good connections to visit different beaches. We'll be back!!

Lovely apartment, clean, spacious and a lovely balcony area with views of the mountains. Just off the main busy area but very quiet. Beach 15 min walk away. Would recommend

What a wonderful place to stay! The apartment was exactly what I was looking for: clean, having breakfast every morning on the balcony. The location was perfect – Restaurants, wnkels within walking distance. Everything was well arranged and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful, also gave local tips. Sardinia is magically big with lots of beautiful nature for mountain biking, hiking etc.. I would come back here in a heartbeat!

What can we say? Stefano was a stellar host. From the time we checked in to our departure. He was available to give tips about the surrounding area and answer our questions. His warm nature makes him extremely approachable. The house is clean and comfy. The gorgeous beach is literally seconds away, with the lulling sound of the waves that kept us company throughout our stay. BRAVO e grazie mille Stefano! the Clivios.

We had wonderful days in this fantastic place. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, very clean and our personal highlight was the terrace with an incredible view of the sea, which invites you to linger! The property is very quietly located on a mountain - a rental car is an advantage, but the beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. Communication with Mike went smoothly and quickly. He had lightning-fast answers for all our questions.

Eleonora is a helpful person who welcomed us, the accommodation is as shown in the photo, it's nice in a small quiet neighborhood, well placed to explore southern Sardinia. I highly recommend Eleonora and her place.

The highlight was the view on the beautiful terrace! The place is beautiful, the beds comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped. It was fun to cook and eat with the beautiful view was a dream. Andrea gave us great tips. We visited the family restaurant, enjoyed the friendly service and the high quality food. It was a very nice time! It's not easy to find, but even there Andrea helped us great and very quickly. Thanks for everything!

Fantastic place! We were 3 mature couples who enjoy a beautiful scenery, comfort and hospitality and Simone's home had all of that and more. He set the bar very high as a superb host, even inviting us to a pizza party where he provided a personal demonstration. Simone was very responsive to questions of recommendations of places to visit, restaurants and wines. A car is a must as it is in a quiet residential area although there is a lovely restaurant and bar within walking distance. The pool area and balcony were great places to relax after a day at the beach or sightseeing. Thank you Simone for your very kind and generous hospitality.

I had a great week at this flat. It is really cozy and I loved the view. Clara was really responsive whenever I had a question and she helped me wherever she could.

Stayed at Omar's place for the second time. Great location, nice and clean apartment and very good amenities.

Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

Everything was super. Buslinie M did bring us into the centre. Marco did help us to book the bus tickets via Busfinder App.

A well-equipped and clean apartment with a beautiful view of the sea. A helpful, courteous, and kind host, thoroughly explained and showed everything, was in touch before and during the stay. The place is very quiet, relaxing; a great base for trips by car to numerous, diverse beaches nearby and to explore the south of the island. There is also a beach available on site, although not as attractive as many others next door (access from a few minutes to half an hour by car). The only downside was the mattresses on the double bed in the bedroom, but it didn't affect your stay. Thank you and kind regards!

This was the second time we had the pleasure to stay at Igino and Agnese's place and we absolutely loved it - again! Igino and Agnese are the best hosts one can imagine and we felt indeed at home at their place. We highly recommend this place and we hope that we can return once again in the future.

We needed an overnight stay in Cagliari at short notice and came to Piermario. A very nice place with a very friendly landlord. If there were six stars, he would have deserved it.

Excellent stay! Perfect location for a very reasonable price. Would stay again.
