The living room was fantastic. Very nice apartment, clean and fresh. In a few minutes by scooter or car you can reach beautiful beaches. Very precious Cristina who was always very helpful and made us feel at home and pampered from start to finish, she gave us great advice and really went above and beyond, fulfilling all our requests with kindness and cordiality. You can go with your eyes closed!

myself and my wife stayed in early October 2024. Massimiliana's place is in a great location. It is close to the beach, bakers and local restaurants but also quiet and peaceful. The free parking is a real bonus. Massy, gave clear instructions including photos to help with our arrival and she met us to show us around. The apartment was very clean and a good size for us. The Kitchen was well stocked with crockery and utensils, a microwave would have been a bonus but we managed easily with the hob. The fridge freezer was new. Cleaning materials and rubbish bags were provided and there was also a washing machine, which was spotless and worked really well. Massy even provided pegs ! The double bed is comfortable and there were bedside tables with nearby plugs and a large wardrobe in both rooms to keep things tidy. Breakfast at Sunrise on the terrace was beautiful and there is also a BBQ in the garden. I would definitely recommend Massy's place if you are visiting this area.

Marco's stay was above expectations . He, a nice person, check-in was easy, he was always kind and helpful, he gave us many directions about beaches and restaurants to go to, he showed us the parking space (a real luck if you are staying in Villasimius, as there are only places for a fee) and showed us the house, explaining in detail both the comforts and, of course, also how to maintain it (which we found really useful since in Sardinia, not by us, we use to do the differentiation so that every day a certain collection bin is taken out). The house was even more beautiful than in the photo, very clean, nothing was missing, a beautiful terrace on the ground floor and a balcony on the first floor overlooking the sea. In addition, the accommodation is located exactly in the center of Villasimius, so for summer evenings, very very comfortable. In short, the experience deserves all 5 stars!! Thank you Marco.

We loved our vacation at Constanza and Mauro's property. The house and pool are very well maintained and everything is pleasantly clean. We were able to sleep super well, because it is very quiet in the residential area; the air conditioning was also a blessing in the warm temperatures. We had great playground equipment on site, such as a pool volleyball game and a table tennis table, which was a lot of fun. Near the house there are beautiful sandy beaches, and we enjoyed the nights in Cagliari as a family very much and had wonderful food, e.g. in the Aquarium - a great pizzeria, restaurant and bar under palm trees. We got great excursion tips from Constanza, so it was very varied and relaxing for us at the same time. Thank you so much for our great family vacation. We'd love to come back and recommend your place with all our heart.

Simone and Erika’s house is beautiful, spacious, clean, by the sea, big garden. A perfect relaxing place for holidays close to nice beaches. We would of like to have all the rules before arrival as there are quite a few and if you don’t follow all the rules you would get charged extra €€, i understand they need to put some rules but maybe for the next host better to send them before arrival. Renato's house is a very nicely renovated building with all the comforts (only the air conditioning is missing - but we knew that from the description), we were on the ground floor. Her garden is completely private and well cared for. Total tranquility and peace in the evening blind darkness and only the stars give light. Wonderful! There is a beach within 5 km. But Renato will inform you about everything. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we thank you for the spices! For shopping, look for Superspin! Renáto, thank you!

The stay was very nice overall. Communication was mainly through the host's son, who speaks English very well and gave us helpful tips on activities and restaurants in the area. The complex is very well maintained, the pool is large and clean, and the view was very nice. For the host, it was okay that friends visited us at the pool. A note for dog owners: Our unsterilized male and the free-running female on the property were difficult to separate, which led to some effort. However, after consultation with the host, a solution was found.

I fell in love with the house from the photos and live is exactly as it is presented: creative, welcoming, comfortable, cared for, clean, spacious and super-stocked! The house has all the comforts imaginable. It also has a lot of extra things (e.g. all body products both for bathing and for the sea), very useful for those like me who travel by plane with a light luggage. Chiara was immediately welcoming, very kind and very helpful. It welcomes you with a welcome aperitif, has an agreement with the pastry shop in front for breakfast, and in the fridge it makes you find tasty surprises, such as the exceptional and typical homemade myrtle. It gives you valuable information about how to get around and what to visit. The location is super convenient to both downtown and the sea. What's more: go there!! Highly recommended!!! 🤩🤩🤩❤️🙏

Alice’s place has everything that you will need and more. It is clean, spacious and updated with modern bathrooms and bedrooms that we really appreciated. She may also potentially has the best beddings we’ve had throughout our travel in Europe over the years! She prepared a lovely welcome amenity and even left some color markers after knowing we are visiting with our little ones. Talk about hospitality and going beyond. This is why we usually chooses to stay in homes that are run personally by the owners instead of agents.

We carried out a lot of research before settling on Casa Delle Sirene. What a find! It was exactly as described and pictured, beautiful inside and out with its own private parking space. It had lovely private gardens with lovely flora and fauna. Inside was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped throughout . The beds were very comfortable and the pillows (which we are very particular about) were the best we’ve ever had whilst away from home, making for very good nights sleep. The kitchen served its purpose perfectly and the showers were great. There was always plenty of hot water. We had a couple of issues where we needed to contact our host. The electric tripped after a thunderstorm which our host sorted very quickly, and we also had a WiFi outage but again the host sorted swiftly. The apartment is only a 50m walk away to a beautiful sandy beach and only a short walk to bars, restaurants and the supermarket. Perfect location, and accommodation and is highly recommended.

An incredible place, very soulful, beautiful, cozy, and convenient. Very clean and very spacious (much more spacious than it looks in the photos) A stunning beach is just a 3-5 minute walk away, as well as a supermarket and cafes. We stayed as a family, myself, my husband, and our daughter, and we were very sad to leave after three days. Deborah is wonderful and responsive! We highly recommend this beautiful house. Love Sant’Elmo was perfect. The apartment is pretty and the hosts obviously have a great design eye. The location is near to three gorgeous beaches and a supermarket. The pizzeria was closed when we were there in early May but it looks good too! Costa Rei was 7 minutes drive for more shops and restaurants. Most of all, communication with Claudia was just fantastic.

Overall great place to stay. Everything was as described and we enjoyed our stay.

We were there as a family of three in the preseason and loved it. The reception by Paola herself was warm and, to our luck, very flexible, because we had a rather late arrival. The place itself was exactly as shown in the pictures and beautifully decorated. Everything you need on vacation was available. You have a wonderful view of the lake. The beach, shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. We definitely highly recommend the place.

Wonderful location, clean and new apartment, with large and well-equipped outdoor patio, clean shared pool and sun loungers and deck chairs available, hot outdoor shower, a real treat! Paolo, the owner, is a person who is nothing short of helpful, nice and kind! I highly recommend it for those who want to visit the surrounding beaches, all a few kilometers away!

Perfect for going with your partner, the area is beautiful and right in the center of Castello. Very well equipped. Vitor is very attentive and friendly.

Staying with Cristina and Paolo was a wonderful experience. They were very nice people and helpful. The clean and tidy apartment has everything you need for a family of 4. Super spacious kitchen and living area with everything you need for cooking. Also use private off-street parking if needed. Within walking distance is a small beach and shops, as well as restaurant, pharmacy, MD supermarket and etc. If they drive a little further, they have the most beautiful beaches with turquoise waters. I can only recommend another stay with Cristina and Paolo.

We had a great stay at Elisa's place with our 2 small children. The house is big and well maintained, very clean and has everything you need. We loved the dogs, cat and horses. Especially the closed patio with the BBQ was great! The pool has some nice shade in the afternoon, perfect for kids.

I booked this really nice place for a one week holiday with my boyfriend. Ilaria´s place is really clean and we felt like home immediately, she´s really nice and always helped us when we needed! I can suggest this place 100% :) It is in Quartu, a small town directly near Cagliari which is extremely close to the beach. You can actually walk to the beach in 10-15 Minutes! And on the way to the beach you can see the Flamingos who are now not afraid of people anymore and come really close. There are otherwise supermarkets, cafés, pharmacies and a few restaurants nearby. I suggest to go to Locanda Caddeo for a delicious aperitivo and to Frontemare for dinner. I suggest to book this place if you have a car, so you can move freely and explore the beatiful beaches on the way to Villasimius (like Baccu Mandara, Porto Sa Ruxi, Giunco, Punta Molentis) which are easier to reach starting from Quartu than from Cagliari. Cagliari is approx 15 Minutes away with the car or 30 Minutes with the bus.

It's great to find accommodations like this. I haven't been in a place like this in a long time. Lately, I've only been finding apartments on Airbnb that lack personality. This apartment is full of life, style and beauty. It's super central, has free parking and was very clean. I hope to find more of these types of accommodations around here. Definitely the best accommodation of my entire trip. A 10 for Mauro too, he was very kind and helpful when we arrived.

The location of the flat couldn't be better. It's close to restaurants, shops, and it's easy to get to the beaches. The flat itself is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and very beautiful. I highly recommend it!
