Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Cabo Frio

We hosted four people, two adults and two children. The apartment met all needs with excellence, we felt at home. We stayed a week and it was great, there is a supermarket, bakery and gas station near the apartment, just across the street. We were able to enjoy the best of Cabo Frio and still enjoy Arraial do Cabo, which is nearby. Super Recommended!

It's even hard to find words to describe our experience at Beth's residence. From the start of the negotiations, Beth was super helpful, answered all our questions, gave excellent tips on restaurants and tours. We arrived and were greeted by Olivia, who has worked with Beth for years, with a delicious breakfast waiting for us. The residence was impeccable. The apartment is very spacious, very airy and well located. We loved the decor. We loved everything. It exceeded all our expectations. I highly recommend it and certainly, on a future opportunity to return to Cabo Frio, we will not choose another place. Thank you Beth. Thank you Olivia for all the affection and care with us. The apartment is excellent! All bedrooms and living room/balcony overlooking the beach. Location close to everything. Clean bedding, pillows and towels available to all guests. Kitchen equipped with all the basic utensils, including microwave, airfryer and freezer (the photo of the kitchen in the listing is outdated, it currently has more cabinets). Helinho always responded quickly and Guto from the concierge always very helpful. I and my family loved the place and would definitely come back.

Excellent stay. There were 8 of us, the apartment is spacious and with two floors, 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a terrace, there is always room for everyone. Very clean and tidy. Excellent quality of utensils and appliances. Good furniture and beds. Good location, it has a fair across the street. You can walk everywhere. The host always responded quickly and took care of everything.

The stay was excellent. Wonderful location. The apartment was exactly as described. The host was always helpful and courteous. We will definitely be back to Cabo Frio and the accommodation.

The apartment is much more beautiful in person. Everything was very clean, Gabriela welcomed us very well. The location is great, close to the beach of the fort, markets and bakery. Not to mention that from the apartment we have a view of the beach. We will definitely be back.

Gabriel was an excellent host. Super flexible for both check-in and check-out. We faced an atypical climate in the city and he was ready to make the experience as pleasant as possible for us, even in the rain. The house, being older and close to the sea, still needs some renovations, but nothing that makes the experience bad. The house is very close to Peró beach and about 40 minutes walking through the sand to the wonderful Conchas beach, and the surroundings are very quiet. There were 12 of us and the stay was comfortable for what is expected of a beach house. I recommend taking repellent because, due to the location, the house has a lot of mosquitoes. We will definitely be back, thanks to Gabriel's wonderful hospitality.

We looked for accommodation on this beach because it had waves and we could take surf lessons. On the beach there were lifeguards and a place to buy things to drink. A person attended to us as if it were a resort. The house is wonderful, super comfortable, each room has its own bathroom and there is also a guest bathroom. Table with a place for everyone (there were 7 of us), TV, nice decoration, the terrace that we used every day next to the pool, I would happily return!

I booked Edward’s house in Búzios to celebrate my birthday with friends flying in from Europe, and everything was absolutely perfect. The house exceeded all our expectations – it’s even better than in the pictures, spacious, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you might need. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel at home. Fatima, the housekeeper, is truly fantastic – warm, helpful, and an incredible cook. Her meals were a highlight of our stay. Her son Fernando kindly did all the grocery shopping ahead of our arrival, so everything was ready and waiting for us, which made settling in incredibly smooth. The house itself is fully functional, comfortable, and ideal for a group gathering. Whether relaxing by the pool or enjoying a meal together, we felt totally at ease. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a special and stress-free stay in Búzios. I would absolutely come back.

A simply amazing house, we had to spend a quick time in it that left us with a taste of wanting more! A modern house with plenty of space, spacious rooms, one even had a balcony and a table for home office, the living room also had a Playstation 4 with VR, which for those who like it is a big plus. We like it very much and we will definitely go back.

Everything is beautiful, it's worth every penny paid for the stay. Perfect place for a family get-together. Lucinéia is a lovely person, a spectacular hostess. Received us with great affection! Careful in the smallest details and willing to resolve any inconvenience immediately. The house is wonderful and well located, the bungalows are beautiful, cozy and very comfortable, the view from the house is amazing! The trip was perfect, unforgettable, I recommend it to everyone!

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It has a kitchen with everything and also has everything you need for a comfortable and cozy stay. The balcony and rooms have an incredible view of the lagoon and pool. The condominium is super organized, providing an incredible stay with its wonderful pool and the lagoon beach all around the perimeter of the condominium, and all this complemented by a gym and game room. The restaurant has affordable prices and a good variety of food.

Great place with a lot of space for family. Everything is very well organized and beautiful. One of the best places to stay in Arraial do Cabo. I'll come back other times.

From the first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well guided and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathetic and helped us with her experience and brought us security. The accuracy of the listing, the quiet days in the condominium, the good value for money of the homemade food from the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the apartment made all the difference. We didn't cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend staying with Renata and Tiago. And if you're afraid to travel with your kids, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.
