The penthouse is very comfortable and cozy. The place was very clean and fragrant, air-conditioning in all rooms, very good location, it is close to an avenue with restaurants, supermarket is also not very far. The beach of the fort, which is the closest to the region, is beautiful! Great place to relax and enjoy the beach. Mariane is super helpful, responds quickly, polite. My family loved the accommodation. We plan to return!

Gabriel was a great host, I recommend him to everyone, I have nothing to complain about. Very helpful and attentive. The location is easy to access, the building is clean and the neighbors are polite. Nearby there is everything from supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, not to mention that Dunas beach is about 3 minutes away, Forte beach is also easily accessible, we also went to Pontal beach and Prainha beach in Arraial do Cabo, it was less than 30 minutes by car, we also went to Peró beach and Conchas beach, it is less than 30 minutes by car, we also went to Ilha do Japonês, in short everything is nearby, it is easy to find Uber and iFood. Quiet neighborhood, good restaurants nearby; because it was a long weekend, with the city crowded with tourists, it was very good to be able to walk to the beach, even with the children. One inconvenience was the lack of Internet signal; the solution found minimized the problem, but the signal remained intermittent, despite Fabio's efforts to try to solve the problem. It would be nice if some basic products were available for immediate use, such as sugar, oil, soap powder, liquid soap in the bathrooms ... but overall, the stay went very well and met expectations. I appreciate the attention and availability of Mr. Cláudio, including for the check-out, prompt and punctual at 6:30 am.

The stay was very good. The apartment is well located and has easy access to Dunas beach. Everything was as reported on the site. Communication with André was always very easy and fast. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need and was very clean. Here's a tip: the building number is 580, but it's between 60 and 56, so it should be 58. Cabo Frio things, lol. But the wase leaves you in the right place.

Mr. Regis is very attentive! Always ready to serve us! The apartment is great, airy, spacious, air-conditioning and TV in all rooms, equipped kitchen, comfortable living room! Excellent!

The house is charming! The ideal place to relax: quiet place, very clean, well decorated and structured house. Near the house there is a market with bakery (you can walk). The communication with Gustavo was very fluid and when we stayed, a gold team helped us with small details: Romário, Vânia and his mother (who is an excellent cook). We only have to thank and we hope to return next year!

Our stay at this residence was excellent! Elaine's kindness was very remarkable. Everything worked perfectly, we really enjoyed each of the amenities. The pool is great!!! We also enjoyed lighting a fire and cooking a great barbecue. The location is optimal, everything is just a few minutes away, whether it's restaurants, supermarkets, service stations, etc. The space in the park, the cleanliness, the tidiness, the bedding, the kitchen utensils, the barbecue, the sauna, the pool table, everything 10/10. Elaine was always very attentive, she gave us very special attention. We definitely want to come back again.

We stayed for the second time at Casa das Palmeras and the experience was excellent. The house is just 150 meters from the beach and about 15 minutes from the tourist areas, so I recommend renting a car. The house is very nice, with a charming exterior and comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The pool, at about 32 degrees, was a great success for our children, as well as being deeper than it looks in the photos. The garden is a place to enjoy, full of greenery, flowers and bananas, which my children could enjoy directly. The common areas and bedrooms were clean, although some details such as improving the kitchen counters and faucets could help. The staff was very friendly, especially Jussuara, who took care of the maintenance, and the gentleman who takes care of the pool. They made us feel right at home. It is undoubtedly an ideal place for families looking for tranquility, a beach without crowds and a cozy atmosphere.

Very good stay, cozy penthouse, with 4 bedrooms, great gourmet area and pool, good bathrooms, room and spacious kitchens, ease of checkin and checkout, request and proactive host.

Our stay at Francisco's place was great! The host showed very kindness, as did Chris who welcomed us very well. Communication with both was very easy and a highlight for us was the flexibility at check in. The building was impeccably clean and smelling, as was the bed linen. All very organized and the decoration with very refined details. The space is equipped with everything we need to be away from home. Another strong point for me is the fact that Francis offers bed and bath linens. The place is very quiet and very airy as it runs a gentle breeze night and day.

I highly recommend it and will be back soon for sure. Great location,everything perfect in the best details.. Ah,the super attentive Bernard,good wave and the receiver Fábio always attentive and willing to solve and help in any situation. I and my family spent 9 wonderful days in the carnival period. Gislaine's house is very comfortable and has everything you need for a good stay. The kitchen is very complete if you like to cook. The bathrooms are small but the water always comes out beautiful and they are very nice. The rooms are very comfortable. And the terrace is a beautiful place to have breakfast while enjoying the sea.
