Everything clean, very good structure, equipped kitchen, appliances, white towels, sheets, fans, cutlery, dishes, everything very good! Ana is a very accessible, flexible host, a lovely person, she responds promptly, answered our questions and helped us when needed! High point: beautiful beaches near the house. Praia do Sol is a 6-minute drive, perfect for families. Beautiful beach 14 minutes by car, wonderful too. Negative point: sometimes the bad smell from the lagoon got a little stronger.

We were 6 people and the space served us perfectly. Quiet place that gives you easy access to Arraial, Búzios and we who like to walk, it was easy to access to the Japanese island and continuing the walk has a beautiful view of the lighthouse.

The location is great on the central avenue of Praia do Forte, many shops nearby, with plenty of options for all tastes and budgets. The extremely flexible check-in and check-out, which for us who are from BH and came by bus and the schedules are peculiar, it was of great help to have these flexibilities. Hosts are very attentive and communication is excellent. They answered all my questions before, during, and after my stay. In short, I highly recommend this property.

Sol's house is a delight! The proximity to the river is really an incredible and very special advantage. The river is beautiful, the backyard of the house is super green, beautiful and spacious and the balcony is wonderful. Beautiful and peaceful place. Very cozy house and everything very practical. Only thing to point out was the fact that we didnt manage to heat the shower water. It was only slightly warm even after a whole night with the boiler on. We would have struggled if it was during winter. Ut But everything else was perfect and made up for this small issue.

All very spacious and extremely clean rooms. It really has no cellphone and internet signal, but nothing that could ruin our days. It was great for relaxing and slowing down from the day-to-day rush. The waterfall on the property is very good and easy to get to. The housekeeper Marcos is very polite and helpful. Village helped us quickly with what we needed and in a very efficient way. We were commemorating my wife's birthday and we all loved it. We look forward to returning soon!

The house is exactly as described in the listing, access to the rooms is from the sides of the house (ramp and stairs). The place is very beautiful (even with the descent to the house that intimidates a little kkkkk), and very quiet. It's a condominium with a few houses and yet you have privacy. Super comfortable HOTEL BED AND PILLOW! Soap, towels, toilet paper, everything clean and of quality! We were greeted with delicious cassava and lots of affection.🧡 The road is really complicated, if the car is low I do not recommend it AT ALL. It's worth it when you get there, but it's a point of attention. Very bumpy, with ruts and rocks that slip and that can tear a tire that is not in good condition, quite tense until the arrival even with a high car so take everything you need for food so you don't go out (the rest really has everything,) because after you arrive the place is so good that you forget the road! =) 2 suggestions for the owners: 1 service light above the sink for cooking at night / improve those last few meters near the door
