Located in the residential area of Marghera called "città giardino". Families with children and small pets are always welcome! We speak English, German and Spanish. Internal car parking available. The villa is located on the Brenta's Riviera that connects Venice in Padua, surrounded by amazing Palladian's mansions. The accomodation is strategically located: Padua can be easily reached by bus, train, bike or car in less then 15 minutes and Venice is less than half an hour away by train, with the train station 800 meters away.

This Villa is located 20 minutes from Venice and is immersed in a true oasis of greenery with 12,000 square meters of park, completely fenced, a large swimming pool 12 meters long and 6 meters wide, a lake with a small boat ideal for fishing. Outside there is a beautiful barbecue, a large table, a full kitchen with a wood-burning oven and a fireplace, the kitchen is equipped with a hob and a fridge.
