Beachfront vacation rentals in Ca' Savio

We had a great vacation at Luciano's place. 1-2 minutes to the sea beach. Clean apartment. Great balcony to have a breakfast, sea view, quiet at evening/night. Planning to visit it again!

This place was exactly what we were looking for and Stefano was a very helpful host. You couldn’t ask for a better location. You’re pretty much on the beach as soon as you walk out the front door and it includes a beach umbrella spot with 2 sunbeds. The apartment easily accommodated our group of 4 adults and 2 kids and we all had a great time. Would be happy to stay here again!

Our apartment was perfect for our family of five. The host was great to communicate with and provided everything we needed to have a nice stay. They were friendly and even had some local recommendations or ideas on how to travel to where we wanted to go. The property is beautiful and walkable to all major sites and wonderful restaurants. We would love to stay at this place again in the future.

The apartment is spacious, clean and well furnished, true to the photos uploaded to the site. For those traveling with small children, Dany offers a camping cot and a high chair, both in good condition, so it is not necessary to bring them. The beach is a few minutes away by foot and the center of Chioggia is also easily accessible with a walk of about half an hour. Communication with the host has always been easy and punctual.

Very nice place, we arrived late at night and they stay attentive. There is a supermarket in the same building.

Great location, clean, cozy apartment with a nice and functional balcony, enough space to accommodate things and relax in general. The sea is 5 minutes away, all within walking distance. The hosts of the apartment are very kind and friendly, helped to resolve a couple of questions, in a matter of minutes. I liked everything so much that we would like to go back there again, but already in the warmer time, for the beach season. Thank you! ☺️

The host responded quickly to questions we had about transportation, etc. Unfortunately, the accident happened during our trip and we needed to visit the hospital. The host gave us advice about hospitals, how to get there and was genuinely caring. Thank you for the loan of your apartment, we had great days on the beach in Sottomarina, strolled in Chioggia and experienced Venice. Tip, if you are several days in Sottomarina, it is recommended that you as a guest rent a bike to easily get around the area.

We came back here for the second time and definitely won't be the last! Whenever we travel to the north of Italy, accommodation at Alessandro will be our choice of soul. The house is equipped with all the necessary amenities, perfect even for large families – we are 2 adults and 3 children, and we all had comfortable and restful beds. The location is ideal: centrally positioned, close to the beach, restaurants and shops – everything at your fingertips without the need for long trips. The host, Alessandro, is just extraordinary. Of a discreetness and kindness rarely encountered, always attentive to details – from the cold drinks waiting for us in the fridge after a long drive, to the advice and recommendations provided with a lot of care, just when we needed it. This accommodation has become for us a loved, familiar place where we will always come back with love. A 5 star experience!

Very nice and cozy terrace. The apartment is very well equipped and tastefully furnished. The beach is within walking distance. There are tennis and paddle tennis courts in the immediate vicinity. The tennis bar is also right next door. We had a nice and relaxing vacation.

It was simply enchanting in every way. We were able to spend an unforgettable time, one would certainly endure it even longer. Fantastic location right by the sea, terrace invites you to linger. Mega roof terrace. Fully equipped and absolutely nothing is missing.

We stayed there for a week. Two adults and 2 children (one year and 5 years). Perfect location to the beach, private beach, loungers always available, beautiful large pool, sun loungers always available, quiet location, everything clean, good tips for excursions (Venice), delicious products (sauces for pasta, wine and olive oil). Daily cleaning of the apartment and daily fresh towels if necessary. From our point of view, completely justified value for money. We would go back in a moment. Many thanks.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We were completely please with our stay! The apartment is very neat and clean, with a spacious terrace – especially practical when traveling with a dog. The location is simply unbeatable: only a few steps to the beach with reserved loungers, and also small grocery stores, bakeries and the long shopping street are within 1-2 minutes. Another perk is the underground parking space. Highly recommended – we will definitely be back!

It was in every way the most beautiful vacation I've had with my family. The apartment was comfortable, very clean and met all the needs, in addition to a wonderful view. At the wonderful market in the city center of Karauli you feel different and wonderful. Very authentic apartment with wonderful view of Venice and the lagoon. Great location for the Biennale and San Marco. Communication with Mario is absolutely friendly and relaxed.

Thank you for a great time. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the vaporetto station, which can take you anywhere. Also within walking distance is a beautiful embankment with many restaurants, in 15 minutes you can walk to the city center. The accommodation is excellent, the kitchen has everything you need. Also, the stavri on the windows add a special charm to the apartment;)

Everything was as shown in the pictures, including 2 loungers and umbrella on the beach. Baker and shopping can be reached in less than 10 minutes. Elisabetta greeted us personally and showed and explained everything to us. Chilled drinks and a bottle of prosecco were already available. There were, for example, dishwasher tablets/garbage bags/coffee powder/tea…. enough towels and even a bathrobe. Air conditioning and internet worked perfectly. Parking directly at the house, but parking in and out was not quite so easy (VW Passat station wagon). Giorgio and Elisabetta were very easy to reach.

My family and I stayed with Chiara for the second time and we were thrilled again. For us, it was a nice time there. The accommodation is ideal as the sea and the beach are within walking distance, as well as restaurants, a small supermarket or the ice cream parlor. The apartment offers everything you need for everyday life, now even luxury with a dishwasher :-) Chiara has repeatedly welcomed us and is there with advice if you need anything. This was not our last visit to her!
