Footpaths lead you directly into one of the most dramatic landscapes of the peaks. Stoop farm is in a beautiful secluded location yet only 15mins from the spa town of Buxton.

The property is a 5 minute walk into Buxton's historic town and the iconic Crescent Hotel. Parking is available directly outside the property or there is plenty of free on street parking or a big car park 20m walk away (there is a residents pass for this car park). The renovated cottage has Netflix,Wi-Fi and a private outdoor area with BBQ to enjoy the fresh air.

The accommodation is "upside down" with kitchen/diner/lounge, double bedroom and bunk bedroom with a shared en suite bathroom and a terrace upstairs. A large double bedroom, shower room, second lounge, utility room and garage downstairs. The house is very well equipped with Sky TV, broadband, electric blinds and mood lighting. A perfect base to explore Buxton and the Peak District.

The cottage is located in central Buxton, 10 mins walk from the cultural centre around The Opera House and Crescent Spa Hotel. It is convenient for Bus and Rail connections. There is a single VW Golf sized parking place (larger if you're careful) at the rear with metered EV charge point. We have designed the rebuilding to include a room-in-the-roof bedroom, whole house ventilation with heat recovery, underfloor heating throughout, powered by Mitsubishi Ecodan Air Source Heat Pump.

Hidden away in a quaint, working Peak District village, No5 is a beautiful, stone cottage. An idyllic and romantic bolthole to take you away from the hustle and bustle of modern life. Lovingly renovated, No5 is decorated in a muted, contemporary palette of greys with an emphasis on handcrafting, reuse and British made. Through an original sash window, from the antique French bed, is a peaceful Hardy-esque view of the church, the yard filled with rambling Rosebay Willow herb.

The area is surrounded by nature and the perfect location to sit and watch the wildlife go by, whilst being mesmerised by the uninterrupted views of rolling countryside. Cuckoostone Barn is an excellent base to explore the wonders of the Peak District National Park, with amazing walks and cycle routes on the doorstep, or a place to simply relax and unwind in an idyllic part of the world .
