Cosy 1 bedroom cottage located just off Buxton's central market place where there is an abundance of pubs, restaurants and shops. The property is a 5 minute walk into Buxton's historic town and the iconic Crescent Hotel. Parking is available directly outside the property or there is plenty of free on street parking or a big car park 20m walk away (there is a residents pass for this car park). The renovated cottage has Netflix,Wi-Fi and a private outdoor area with BBQ to enjoy the fresh air.

After buying this property in 2023, we worked tirelessly renovating every room, and re-working the layout to give a much more 'worldwide' feel to this little Peak District flat! With the charming coffee shops & restaurants of the town, the surrounding beauty of the Peak District minutes from our door, and the best tap water you'll ever taste, you'll fall in love with Buxton.

Located in a quiet side street, it benefits from free, gated, private parking. The apartment is situated in a quiet block. Please don't book this apartment if you're here to party as I will receive complaints from other tenants in the block. I double bedroom self contained flat. Separate shower room, well equipped kitchen and a spacious and light living room. Free wifi, 42" flat screen TV, complementary tea, coffee, biscuits. Suitable for 2 adults. The property is located in a quiet residential area with a green space behind. About 10 mins walk from the town centre. There is a small amount of off road parking in front of the property and plenty of easily accessible on road parking to the rear.
