Cozy detached house on an old farmyard in Kjosgrenda on Hadeland, rented out for short and longer periods. The Livørsbygningen consists of a total of four bedrooms, three with good size and a smaller bedroom. Well-equipped kitchen with fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and stove. Fully equipped bathroom with washing machine, and a separate toilet with sink. Heat pump, two fireplaces, and a woodstove. Great views, and several outdoor areas around the rental property. (A double room in the stable is rented out in the summer if needed)

On the property there is an art gallery in the barn that can be opened upon request. Nesbyen city center is a short distance away with restaurants, shops and Hallingdal Museum. In winter, there is a 4 km light slope within walking distance.

Nice location down by Randsfjorden, with west-facing veranda "Skredderhuset" has its own hot tub, barbecue, charming ball court for volleyball, football, croquet, etc. Possibility to borrow a motorboat for 6 people, or 2 kayaks and fishing rods. Jetty and beach. The place is located in the middle of Hov and Brandbu as the nearest towns. Gjøvik is 45 min by car and Dokka 35 min. Short distance to Hadeland Glassverk, Kistefoss and Jevnaker bathing facilities.

As well as you can relax and enjoy a glass of wine in front of the fireplace or play loud music and no one will complain. We have smart solutions in the house, which can make your stay more comfortable. It is a family-friendly place, lots of greenery here, the kids can play without limits and the dog can run all day! Check-in after 3 pm Check-out until 12:00 pm

Private electric car charger. 1 km to grocery store, you can go there skiing :) Quiet and sunny spot. Possibility to borrow a child-friendly and allergy-friendly dog for the right guests (see picture).

Summer: the cabin is 1 min from the lake just walking distance at the back of the main house. We have sitting area by the lake and sitting area by the small river (this is nearest to the cabin). Feel free to choose. Winter: The cottage is a 20 mins drive to Rauland Ski Center. You can also ski on the frozen lake. Cross country is also a possibility near the area. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Has access to lake. Great way to spend your summer.

The place is located about 20-30 min from Dalen, Lårdal, Åmot, Rauland and Seljord.
