In 2020, we renovated the house of 100 sqm. The outdoor areas are lovely. Large lawn with plenty of space for activities such as badminton, football and cube. Next to the summer cottage is the "small house" of 36 sqm which has bedroom, shower and toilet. Small down on the plot we have the stabbur of 15 sqm also with sleeping space. It is only 100 meters to a nice beach with trampoline, slide, climbing wall etc. Rented a minimum of 3 nights. There are not rentals for events or large parties. Max guests 11pcs

The house is only 15 min walk from USN and FTO. 5 min drive up to Kongsberg Ski Center. Very nice view to the ski center. The rental is located down in the valley with a view to the mountains. The house is a part of the Leir farm. It is eight minutes to drive to start of the alpine lift, and twenty minutes if you want to drive up the mountain. And if you want to ski up, the trails go over the fields all the way to the ski lift, provided there is enough snow. Or you can make your way along the old farm road through the forest.
