The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Our completely newly renovated apartment in Merano/St. Valentin is located in the immediate vicinity of the world-famous gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle. A bus stop is just 3 minutes walk. The associated basement compartment is at your disposal at your disposal and can be used, for example, to store bikes/skis, etc., or to invite e-bikes. An electric petrol station with 2 parking spaces is about 5 minutes away on foot.

New two-room apartment (75 m²) on a typical South Tyrolean farm, in a quiet location at 950m, with wonderful views of the Adige Valley. The farm runs a horse pension; it also houses a few sheep, chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs and cats. The apartment is on the 1st floor of our house, independent, with fully equipped kitchen and incl. Despite the Villa being located on the hill, it takes only 15 minutes by foot to get to the center of Merano.

Apartment with terrace on farm in Merano

At the foot of Tyrol Castle, just outside Merano, our farm is surrounded by its own vineyards. In a very short time, the Tappeinerweg, the Waalweg, but also the old town of Merano can be reached. The farm appears to have been mentioned in a document for the first time in 1323. A mighty round arch vault and iron doors still bear witness to the time.
