The quiet, bright, 104 m² apartment is located on the outskirts of town in the immediate vicinity of the forest. The property is located on the first floor in a former farmhouse with free parking in front of the house. Garage parking, as well as charging facilities for electric cars are possible on request. The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). The apartment is in the newly renovated attic of a listed large house in 2023/24 (after a major fire in 2022 in the house, everything was completely renovated). It is well equipped, cozy and offers plenty of space for families with children. Wi-Fi, TV and a play corner are included. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Dogs can be brought along. There are two cats in the house: Mimi and Sally.

Welcome to my central old town apartment (3rd floor without elevator). All attractions and everyday necessities are within walking distance. For loading/unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house for a short time!! PLEASE NOTE MY DIRECTIONS!! Parking, for example, in the underground car park at the theater (Bismarckplatz) is €14/day or free of charge 15 minutes walk.

The light-flooded apartment is located in the attic of our house (2nd floor). It was newly built in 2020 and with its 100 m² offers plenty of space to stay. On the large loggia you can sit in the evening sun or have breakfast outside. A washing machine and dryer can be used in the basement.
