Everything is great ! Easy and fast communication for questions. Very friendly and accommodating people ! The house is an absolute dream in terms of furnishings, style and location, to relax and unwind. Highly recommended.

We were allowed to spend a nice week in this unique accommodation and immediately felt very comfortable. The house is idyllically located on the edge of the forest, surrounded by nature, but still very well connected to the infrastructure and thus ideal starting point for hikes and exploring. A particularly beautiful view can be enjoyed from the terrace, which has been lovingly built on a hill and constantly invites you to enjoy peace and relaxation. The property is very comfortable, well equipped and offers everything to feel comfortable. We were welcomed warmly and provided with good tips for excursions and activities, communication went remarkably well and quickly, from minute 1 of booking. :) Paul and his mother are loving and committed hosts, always helpful and available. At this point, a big thank you to both for a nice relaxing time as well as the trust to have shared their idyllic treasure with us.

We had a very nice stay in Szatta in the cottage of Bence and Bori. It is very tasteful and stylish and decorated with views of beautiful details. You can see the respect for the surroundings, nature and the old house, nothing modernized is distorted, but furnished with selected pieces and supplemented with modern amenities. A great mix. It is indescribably quiet and relaxing. The communication worked great and we also enjoyed the sauna. All in all very nice :) Thanks!

The house has everything you need, even more spacious than the pictures. Despite the spring weather, we caught an unexpected cold, thanks to the various heating options, it was still very comfortable.:) the view is beautiful and the access to the house is provided on good quality roads. Szilvi is very kind and flexible, thank you very much for letting us stay here:)

We were satisfied at Vanessza´s place, it is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The house was clean and had everything needed for the stay, as well the kitchen was well equipped. The garden is big, and our dog loved it. Very nice was chilling in the garden after a gulasch cooking-session while sitting at the fire-pit at night looking at the clear sky full of stars. We had a good time. Thanks again.

We were delighted with the wonderful surroundings, the vastness, the tranquility. The accommodation is very tastefully decorated. The house is located directly in nature and is a little more difficult to access, so it is only suitable for people who appreciate being away from any hustle and bustle (contact with insects should not be a problem ;)). We are looking forward to visiting again. Thanks to Gina for her warm care and for the immediate support during a brief power outage! Oh yes, the delicious products in the small "farm shop" were also a treat. You have created a beautiful place, we are very grateful that we have the opportunity to spend time there!

We had great time. Everything was perfect and well arranged. Definitely recommend and we will repeat the visit again.

The lake hut has a unique location. Ideal for nature lovers. Kingfisher and night heron came up to the jetty. We were even able to get two tickets for the actually sold-out lake festival plays on site.

Very Great apartment, everything available, especially the 3 sofa bed delighted us. The indoor spa area is better than many wellness hotels! Absolute recommendation

This place is a real gem... hidden away, not far from Balaton lake. Great restaurants and facilities nearby! Pool was great, jacuzzi was great. Peter and his wife were lovely and super helpful with great recommendations. We loved staying here and we're very sad to leave!

We stayed in Paul's beautiful place for 4 nights. The garden is really huge and we felt very comfortable in the middle of nature with birds chirping and surrounded by trees and flowers. The pool and the many hammocks are perfect for relaxing and for children there is much to discover in the garden. The kitchen is super equipped, it has everything you need for cooking and grilling. Paul is a very kind host, he helped us immediately with all concerns and we felt welcome right away.

We had a wonderful time at this idyllic country house in southern Burgenland. The accommodation is spacious, stylishly furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful garden overlooking the vineyards and the deer enclosure – a paradise for nature lovers. The contact with Georg, the landlord, was uncomplicated and warm. We also felt very comfortable here with one child and two dogs. The proximity to the Loipersdorf Therme (about a 15-minute drive) is another plus. We will be happy to come back!

We loved Waltraud’s place. Such a warm and inviting place. We received a warm welcome and helpful information. The apartment was super clean and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed her beautiful garden and the lovely woods within walking distance where we were able to take our puppy walking. Absolute perfect stay, and wonderful hosts. Five stars, highly recommend.

We had a very nice vacation as a family with 2 small children in this vacation home. The garden is very nice with a large meadow and the 2 hammocks. The house is neat and very nicely decorated. We felt very comfortable. However, the stairs were a little dangerous for us with 2 small children. We enjoyed the area very much. There are really many nice restaurants and cafes in the area. And these are very empty in the preseason...great. The road to the house is a bit adventurous, especially if you have a big car, like we do.

Very nice bungalow! In the middle of the forest for quiet hours or days. You can go for a nice walk in the forest. There are cows and horses nearby. By car, you can reach the nearest supermarket in about 10 minutes. You can grill in the garden with charcoal and cool off in the outdoor shower in summer. It's very pleasant inside! Don't forget mosquito repellent if you sit a lot on the terrace/in the garden!! The host was very nice and accommodating! We will be happy to come back. ☀️

Grill tools and a second sun lounger would be great - otherwise we enjoyed it here very much. It is very quiet and secluded - surrounded by nature!

It was absolutely beautiful. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, warm, cozy, you can find everything there. Good location, very peaceful, you can walk to grocery stores in 15 minutes, same as bus stations. I’m very pleased. It looks even better in reality than in the pictures. Thanks to Wolfgang, he’s very responsive and friendly, always stays in contact. We’re gonna come back.

Our stay was fine. After the hustle and bustle of Budapest, we were looking for a quiet area. The distance to Lake Balaton may be a bit more remote. But for us that was fine for now. We'd love to come back.

It exceeded our expectations. The Kleinöd is an absolute idyll. For our young dog (first vacation) it was an absolute dream, garden perfectly fenced and she could run around all day. The house is prepared with a lot of love and details and super clean. Britta is super nice, always available and a great hostess. Our dog even got a snack as a welcome gift and we got a small Easter present, thank you!!. You have complete peace, hear only birdsong and see a great sunrise and starry sky. The house is super equipped with everything you need (really everything!). The area invites you to hike, visit the Buschenschänke and the Zickentaler brewery and simply relax. Britta has many more tips no matter what you are looking for. If you are looking for relaxation, peace and a feeling of being at home, this is the place for you. The week has passed and we would have liked to have stayed longer. The basket was great

As soon as you enter, you can feel how much love and passion the owners have put into this little paradise. Every detail, from the cozy decoration to the perfectly equipped kitchen, helps you feel at home immediately. We would like to emphasize the warm hospitality of the two owners. They are not only incredibly nice and accommodating, but also a real treasure trove of valuable tips for the area. Thanks to their recommendations, we discovered great restaurants and explored beautiful places in the vineyards that we might have otherwise missed. The location in the vineyards is simply idyllic and offers wonderful tranquility. Perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
