Family-friendly vacation rentals in Bük

We can only say here that the place is absolutely amazing. Located directly on Lake Balaton, now nice and quiet in April and the house or the equipment is very good. A dream if you can sit in the hot tub or on the sofa in not so warm weather and look out on the Lake Balaton through the large panoramic windows. All in all, this was a fantastic stay for us Hungarian fans here in April.

A cozy, clean space has been welcomed as informed. Communication is fast, everything was as discussed. We've received ample information about the neighborhood and things to do.

Kristina is a wonderful hostess! We arrived at 12 am by car, we were met, shown where to park, showed the apartment, treated to cakes) There is parking near the house, the house itself is very beautiful. You can rent a bike, and the price is 2 times lower than in the city center. The lake is 10 minutes - 15 minutes walk. 5-10 minutes to several restaurants. So stop, you won't regret it!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was cozy. The kids enjoyed the garden with their own playground. We received super recommendations from the host. Every day, there's something kid-friendly just a few minutes drive away. We loved Lake Balaton in the fall!

We had a fantastic stay at Erhard's place! A mix of rusticity and luxury. If you know how to operate the wooden barrel (like an oven) it's just great! I even got it hot in 2 hours. The accommodation itself is very stylishly furnished. Thanks for this stay, we'll be happy to come back!

Great Place to relax and beautiful surroundings!

We are a family of 5 with young children and we stayed at Monika’s place for 8 days in April while visiting relatives - it was simply amazing for every person in our family. There was a small play room for the kids with toys and books, 3 big bedrooms with lots of storage space to unpack, comfortable beds, a huge lounge room, a lovely kitchen with all utensils and amenities provided, washing machine and 2 toilets (1 separate and 1 in a huge bathroom). The wooden dining room had so much character, we loved to eat there in the mornings and look out onto the internal courtyard. The house is secure, and it is behind some lockable security doors leading onto the street. Plenty of street parking. Walkable distance to many good restaurants. Short drive to villages along the Neusiedlersee. About a 50min drive to Vienna centre. Thankyou to Monika for hosting us, it was truly a wonderful stay!

I am so happy to have found this lovely house. "Arrive and be at home" is perfect. Lidija and Thomas are very nice hosts, as well as a great family. Tastefully decorated in a perfect mix of traditional and modern interiors, complemented by a large library and plenty of space for the whole family - a wonderful place to spend days in nature and away from the noise of the city. That special place! Thanks for having me. I'd love to come back!

Astrid's place was on a bike route, where there was privacy and the bikes we had the opportunity to safely hide The home was clean and Astrid was kind and helpful. The neighborhood was beautiful and offered plenty of options for walking and biking hikes.

The place is a conversion of part of a Hungarian house. It has very thick walls. Inside there are two very large rooms each with a large bed, maybe king size, and a sofa that looks like it turns into another large bed, so should easily sleep 8 people. There is no living room, but each of the bedrooms is kind of like its own living room. There is no TV but there is fast Internet through WiFi. There is a large kitchen/diner with all the essential bits and pieces for cooking and a full sized gas cooker. There is a bathroom with shower and WC and a separate WC. Both are decorated with modern tiling. There is a garden. The owner lives in a house on the site. This is on the edge of a small town up in the hills overlooking the Balaton. You really need a car to get here and to explore the area. We didn't move anywhere on foot. The place is very quiet and relaxing and functional but it really it is a jumping off point to explore the area. I'm all we enjoyed our stay here.

We had an absolutely fantastic two-week stay at this Airbnb! The house is perfectly equipped for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The kitchen is fully fitted, making it easy to cook meals, and every part of the house feels thoughtfully prepared to ensure a pleasant stay. The garden and pool area are simply wonderful—beautifully maintained and a joy to spend time in. Both my children and we thoroughly enjoyed swimming and lounging by the pool. A special highlight for our kids was the company of the owner’s two lovely cats, who were an absolute delight to have around. The owner was incredibly nice and helpful, always available to offer recommendations and ensure that we had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had an amazing two weeks here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect holiday getaway!

We had a wonderful 12 days in Thomas's house. The quite rural location enabled us to really relax and chill out when we wanted to, with the pool, table football, table tennis and the fire pit to keep our teenage boys amused both day and night. The location is also a great base for visiting Vienna, Bratislava and Budapest and there is also loads to see and do in the local area to really get a feel for Hungary. Overall a brilliant holiday and one we will always remember. A big thanks to Thomas and Gabi for their warm and friendly welcome.

We stayed 3 nights in Anna's beautiful villa and felt very comfortable. We were received very nicely by her husband and everything was explained and shown to us exactly. The house and the garden are as in the photos. The house is well equipped. The surroundings are very quiet and in the garden it is always a little cooler than "outside", which was very pleasant in the temperatures. The lake is less than 10 minutes away, and supermarkets and restaurants are also within walking distance! Communication with Anna was great and she was always available. We would come back in a heartbeat! Thank you for the wonderful relaxing stay!

We had the pleasure of spending 4 wonderful days in Andres Airbnb together with our family and are absolutely delighted! The pool and garden were simply exceptional - a real paradise where we spent many relaxing hours. The amenities of the house exceeded our expectations; there was everything you could ask for, and more. We really had our peace and could enjoy the time to the fullest. Andre was an excellent host, always kind and helpful. We can highly recommend this place and look forward to our next stay!

Very nice and special place to stay. Very close to nature with horses, dog and cats. Even on hot summer days, beautifully shaded in the forest. The restaurant was very cozy and the food very good. The pool also provided cooling. All in all highly recommended if you are looking for peace and quiet.

It was great! Large home with a nice garden and a 10 min walk to the Balaton. The only thing missing were towels for showering.

Absolute perfect place! We loved it!!!! Looking forward to our next stay!!
