We had a great stay at Ismaels place. The house was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The pool was definitely a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Everything was as described, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Excellent option for a beach vacation, very practical to have the beach attached to the house as it is very comfortable for the whole family, a very quiet area ideal for rest, you can find all the amenities very close, in general very good option for a great vacation

My little family, myself my partner and our one year old daughter, stayed at Homero's house in San Pancho for a week for our shared birthday (mine and my daughter's). We had a great time! Homero was communicative and available, while still allowing privacy. He had great recommendations for local chefs, photographers, restaurants etc. The house was beautiful and clean. He even had a high chair we used for our daughter and beach chairs/umbrella as well as pool toys. The whole house was beautiful and felt luxurious. The air conditioning and pool were also amazing. The pool was surprisingly the highlight of our trip. It was a welcome relief to the heat, very clean and with a built in bench at just the right height for our new walker with a deeper section for the adults. We enjoyed daily family swimming and dancing parties that I will remember forever. I highly recommend San Pancho and this house for your next family vacation, especially with little ones. We will be back!

Amazing place to stay. Everything was as listed, house was perfect for what we needed and loved the pool. I’d say it was walkable, restaurants and shopping within 15-20 minute walk, uber was very responsive for the times we didn’t feel like walking. Jeffry was very responsive and addresses issues quickly. Only thing I’d suggest is on check out day that cleaning and maintenance staff not start till check out time.

My husband, myself and our 3 kids had a WONDERFUL time at Cesar’s place! The setup was perfect, and I cant express enough how beautiful the views were from the back patio. The property is a 3 minute walk to the Faro Grill which offers an incredible view and great food. We spent most of our days going back and forth between the pool and the practically private beach that is directly behind the property. The security guard to the neighborhood helped us feel safe, and Cesar was extremely responsive and often checked in. I would recommend this to families, couples or anyone looking for a peaceful vacation, and it is close enough to Bucerias and Puerto Vallarta if you want to experience those places as well. I want to take the time to share our wonderful time at this beautiful home first of all it was exactly as described in the pictures this house makes you feel like home but with a perfect size pool and very private if you don’t mind walking less than a mile you will find many varieties of foods and 2 small plazas with everything you could need pharmacy all the way to boutiques and nail shop will definitely come back next time we are in town also the host was very attentive all of our stay thank you again for everything

It's the best Airbnb accommodation I've ever had, near the beach club which is a gem. The sea without waves is like a giant pool, the pools are impeccable, the place is comfortable, Mrs. Elena is very kind, the departure and arrival times are excellent since you make the most of the days, I will definitely return, my family and I had a fantastic time.

Joaquin's house is excellent for enjoying La Cruz. The kitchen is very well equipped for families and the views from the living room are spectacular. The oceanfront location is excellent for exploring Banderas Bay and there is Uber service and other apps to get around the area. We hope to return soon!

Excellent stay, my mom and I had a great time, the house is very cozy, just like in the photos, even chairs and umbrella for the beach, everything clean and in very good condition, it has everything you need. The host Norberto was always friendly and answered all my questions promptly. We will definitely be back! Thank you. :)

Oscar's place was quiet and clean and exactly as he described. He was very helpful in that he picked me up and dropped me off at the airport (for an additional fee) which helped the check-in/out process. Bucerias is still being re-developed. Partly due to being there in low season (May) there were not a lot of shops open. But the area is walkable and very safe.

Jaime was an excellent host. Very attentive to all details . The place is gorgeous and super clean. Close to everything.

Beautiful and relaxing space where you can hear the waves while laying in bed. The hammock on the patio was our favorite part. She also let us drop our luggage off early and leave it after check-out which was a huge plus. The one thing to note is there is no door to the bathroom, so be prepared to get to know whoever you’re traveling with a little better haha.

This Airbnb was beautiful, and spotlessly maintained. We loved the place and the apartment complex. The pools were beautiful

Everything was excellent except that the elevator didn't work and it was very difficult to take the stroller up 5 floors.

A pleasant stay, the apartment is furnished with all the amenities, the communication was excellent, Alejandro and his family were always very kind. I hope to return soon.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this condo! The space was clean, modern, and had all the amenities we needed. The view from the balcony was gorgeous with downright amazing sunsets. The location is perfect for Zona Romantica as it's close to all the beach clubs, our favorite Restaurants La Palapa and Daquiri Dicks, and an easy walk to all the other restaurants, bars, and clubs, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The host and property manager were incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication super easy. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. I would absolutely book this place again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great home base in Puerto Vallarta! Thank you Mike and Moises!

This is the second time I've stayed at Octavio's house and it's the best: if you're looking for a comfortable stay, super comfortable, with everything you need to feel at home, it's there. I also want to highlight Marybel's incredible help. She cleaned the common areas of the complex to make us more comfortable. If you don't like to walk, rent a golf cart to improve your experience, but for my part, I enjoyed everything.

The main reason that we stayed here was because of the 3 beautiful and spacious pools and beach access. We were mindful that the living space was small, but it was made up with amenities. Juan Pablo was very accommodating and was attentive to respond to any of our questions. We will definitely be returning for future Nuevo Vallarta trips. The security of the condominium was very assuring and would definitely recommend for families.

Loved this place. I prefer having more of a peaceful vacation along with authentic eating experience. This fit that amazingly. Yes the walking is a lot. The hill to get to the place is quite steep and I’m in good shape. It takes around 10 minutes to walk to the beach and another 10 to get to where most of the towns food is at. The beach club was wonderful and empty. The pool at the alamar was amazing and pretty much private. We came during the off season but enjoyed it fully. It was peaceful and the beach itself was clean and wonderful. Easy access to clean water at the facility too. Would highly recommend .

If you're looking for tranquility, this is the apartment. It's more spacious than what you see in the photos, comfortable, with a pool in the condominium and, apart from that, the beach club is about 500 meters away, with a pool, restaurant and access to the beach and a very pleasant view. There were some maintenance details that the host was attentive to and resolved. Reservation for 4-5 people excellent.
