It is a vacation home; it accommodates up to two people. It is suitable for couples, adventurers, and business travelers. It is in a good location: it is close to Breno (you can visit the castle and the sanctuary of Minerva) and Bienno (the latter is considered one of the most beautiful villages in Italy). It is not far from Capo di Ponte, to admire the rock engravings. In the winter season, it is a convenient place to reach the ski resorts (Borno, Montecampione, Temù, Ponte di Legno and Tonale).

At the foot of beautiful terraces just minutes from the Basilica of Tirano and the Bernina Red Train station, Cà Merlo Deluxe is a Lombard guesthouse with bed and breakfast service located on the first floor of a large stone house. The House on the Castle Hill – Total privacy

The house is very welcoming. Consisting of a studio furnished in modern style with all comforts, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and hot tub. All surrounded by nature and the outdoor presence of a large swimming pool for the EXCLUSIVE USE of guests. The property being close to the medieval castle is not accessible by your own means, we use our car to bring guests and luggage. However, it is a 200-meter walk in the green of the hill.

House located in the hamlet of Valle di Morbegno, at an altitude of 800 meters, 12 minutes from Morbegno. Reachable by car or by bus from Morbegno, with a stop near the house. The route is Morbegno-Albaredo. Ideal for mountain and animal lovers. Your furry friends are welcome. Ivana, the hostess, lives on the upper floor, which she accesses from a separate entrance at the back of the house. Equipped with heating via a pellet stove.

You can live in contact with nature by doing -simple or challenging treks that will take you to our refuges, -skiing at the Foppolo and Carona stations, -cycling or cycle tourism along the cycle path, -sport fishing in rivers or alpine lakes - and taste excellent cheeses.

Ca' Leonardi Ledro Valley - Sul Ri

Equipped room located in Val di Ledro just 3 km from Lake Ledro, reachable in 15 minutes with electric bicycles made available free of charge for guests. In winter, the snow makes Val di Ledro an enchanted place. Nearby Monte Tremalzo is perfect for ski mountaineering or a simple snowshoe hike surrounded by nature. Not far from the property, in Val Concei, you can also go cross-country skiing.

Take a break and regenerate in this peaceful oasis. Villa Emma, a cabin immersed in the nature of Valchiavenna, a passing area between Lake Como and L'Engadina. A cosy environment awaits both to spend moments of relaxation and working remotely. From our garden you can also pick fruits and vegetables in season. Ideal area for hiking, MTB, fishing, skiing, climbing, photo and gastronomic tourism.
