This wonderful modern apartment is situated on the union canal and right next to Linlithgow golf course. Less than 15 minute walk to both Linlithgow Palace and train station via a stunning canal stroll. Public swimming pool only 5 minute walk away. Golf course 2 minutes away. There is an open plan living space with a sitting area and double sofa bed, Smart TV, kitchen and dining table for four. There is a separate double bedroom and bathroom with full modern bath and shower area. Parking is on a private driveway with ample space for multiple cars. Great central base.

Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Make you trip to Edinburgh truly memorable with a stay at Craigiehall Temple. Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, it's Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. A plaque on the wall carries a quote from Horace: "Dum Iicet in rebus jucundis vive beatus", "Live happy while you can among joyful things". Compact, warm, cosy house in a quiet residential area overlooking a small park. The house is simply and stylishly furnished. There is a small garden where you can enjoy eating out in warmer weather. In spring and summer the garden is filled with herbs and flowers. You'll usually find a few books in the hall and you're welcome to take any you like the look of.
