Relax in our garden with apple trees and proximity to the swimming area, but still only 20 minutes to the city by subway, which is within walking distance (7 min). The land is about 17 sqm and consists of a room with sofa bed and bathroom with shower. For your convenience, there is a mini fridge with freezer compartment, stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher and basic range with kitchen accessories such as pot, cutlery, etc. Proximity to Judanskogen and swimming at Ängbybadet and Kyrksjön, grocery store (Hemköp) Pizzeria and subway within walking distance.

Enjoy the tranquility and the fantastic location close to Lake Mälaren and of the view from the balcony. Subway is a short walk away & it takes 10min by subway from Alvik into town. You can also walk over to Kungsholmen. Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun. Close to a cozy beach and swimming jetties.
