The land is about 17 sqm and consists of a room with sofa bed and bathroom with shower. For your convenience, there is a mini fridge with freezer compartment, stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher and basic range with kitchen accessories such as pot, cutlery, etc. Proximity to Judanskogen and swimming at Ängbybadet and Kyrksjön, grocery store (Hemköp) Pizzeria and subway within walking distance.

Enjoy the tranquility and the fantastic location close to Lake Mälaren and of the view from the balcony. Subway is a short walk away & it takes 10min by subway from Alvik into town. You can also walk over to Kungsholmen. Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun. Close to a cozy beach and swimming jetties. At one of the parks there is access to tennis court, boule courts, football field, skateboard ramps and a small outdoor gym.

Close to nature, water and inner city life. Close to subway station Abrahamsberg, around 10 min to inner city with subway. Balcony facing a green area. The apartment is located at a blind alley so calm with almost no traffic. Big single bed in bedroom (120cm) and sofa bed for 2 persons (160cm) in the living room. Wifi. Modern kitchen with dishwasher. Bathroom with heated floor. Laundry in the basement. Towels and bed sheets are included. Welcome!

Oasis near the water, close to the city centre in quiet and family friendly neighbourhood. "Small village"-feeling in Bromma, the closest villa suburb to Stockholm. The house is close the water, beaches, restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, shops, playgrounds, public transportation and close to the city center: 12 min by tram to nearest subway station where you go downtown in 5-10 min.

We had wonderful days in Bromma in a great place. Great kitchen and amenities, great furnishings of the house and garden. Perfect quiet location - great connection to public transport as well as local supply very close to the house (3-4 minutes walk). Anytime again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Martin's beautiful house. It is located in a beautiful suburb, 25 minutes from Stockholm, within a 10–15 minute walk to the subway station. The house had everything that was advertised. A child friendly public beach is located just a few minutes from the house. Martin was very easy to communicate with from the start of the rental process to the check out. We highly recommend Martin's comfortable and beautiful house! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!
