Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Broken Arrow

This was our second time staying at Gracie's place and we love it .....nicely decorated and very convenient for walking to the center of the Rose District.

The house was exceptionally clean and conveniently located near restaurants. Easy 5 minute walk or less. We were in town for a state golf tournament, and it perfectly met our needs.

Barbara was one of the most thoughtful and responsive hosts that I have ever had. Thank you for making our visit so special!

This was just what we needed for our girl trip. The house was a complete vibe. We didn’t have ANY issues. Every room was like a selfie room. We made a ton TikTok’s and more. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

Cute house and perfect location!!

It was magical. I had secured lodging at nearby hotel. It was filthy. My poor daughter couldn't even take a shower after our 6 hour car ride. I honestly picked yours because I saw clean rooms and a nice shower for her. We had no idea that we were stepping into an experience we'd remember for years. Staying in a starwars themed house on May 4th is something that'll be talked about for years to come. Thank you so much for this sure to be cherished memory.

We came to BA to say our final goodbyes to my grandfather and Grady’s home was a cozy and perfect place to stay while going through a difficult time. We are very grateful for this home and our kids loved seeing the horses and we loved how close it is to the rose district. Thank you Grady for your accommodations and thoughtful touches to the home.

Sherri was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, she made everything so easy and welcoming. Her place was beautiful, super clean, and had everything I needed to feel right at home. You can tell she really cares about her guests — every little detail was thoughtful and made my stay even better. The neighborhood was peaceful, and I felt completely safe the whole time. I seriously didn’t want to leave! I’m so grateful for her kindness and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect stay!

Great downtown location. Plenty to do around the area! Place was clean and suitable for my 2 day stay.

We were very pleased with Genes place. It was our first Air BnB, so we were a little worried about how it might be. But it was very clean, and made me feel like I was at home. He provided everything one might need. If I ever find myself needing a place to stay, I’m going to see if this Air BnB is available.

Our family needed a dog-friendly place near our son's forensics tournament, and Debi's was everything we needed plus it was spacious, stocked with snacks, streaming channels and nice, peaceful backyard, all for a lot less we would have paid for a hotel! Great find!

This is an excellent Airbnb experience and place. Loved everything about it and I would love to come back and stay there.

The stay was amazing! It was cozy and clean and made the Kids and I feel like we were right at home, away from home (Arizona). I was told that we were in a sketchy area due to being so close to 61st and peoria. But we had absolutely NO ISSUES! Woke up to the beautiful sound of the rain and sun and birds chirping. Upstairs could fit 7 people and then downstairs another 2. So there is plenty space and options for sleeping. There was games that you could play, the boys played twister. Everything was clean, and I love that they chose to use white, for blankets and sheets, because you can’t hide anything with white so you know that it was clean. Easy to book, find, and they had cameras everywhere on the front so you felt secure. We drove from Az so that was 16 hours, with 3 kids and my husband. So we were extreme tired when we got off the road. So thank you for making this booking process easy and providing us a place to stay for the week. We truly appreciate it. Blessing

Pristine, updated, well-equipped condo in a convenient south Tulsa location. We were in town for a family event in the area, and we'll definitely stay here again when we're in town. We were initially booked at another Airbnb that needed significant maintenance. Amber responded within minutes to troubleshoot and relocate us to this unit, which turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Her responsiveness was unparalleled, and she worked into the night to accommodate us. This unit was slightly tricky to find in the dark, but it's located in a friendly condo community with ample free parking. The unit is compact but efficient and comfortable. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable, newly renovated, and well-stocked with extra linens. The only downside to the condo is that it's not accessible for all: there are stairs up from the parking lot and into the unit, which may be a challenge for adults with mobility issues and families with young children.

What a great stay! Safe and gated apartment complex, coin laundry available, cozy and home-like, perfect for 1-2 people. Aside from a couple of small imperfections that affected the aesthetic, I have no complaints! The host was especially friendly and proactive. Would definitely stay here again!

I found this place to be perfect for my family and I while we were in town. I had sufficient Internet connection which allowed me to work while away from home. We enjoyed the walking distance to all the restaurants very convenient. we'll be staying here again next time we're in town

Host was very responsive to questions and quickly brought batteries for the ceiling fan remote. The location is perfect for getting around Tulsa, and wonderful restaurant and coffee options in walking distance. 10/10 will stay again and recommend to others.

This place was absolutely perfect for my son and I while staying in Tulsa. Adam and his team were incredibly responsive and great communicators. The place had everything we needed for the week and was such a cozy spot!
