Chalet vacation rentals in Brixham

Lovely few days. Alan responded quickly. We were able to go in early which was great. Lots to do for a 5 year old. Friendly staff. It was cool weather but the heaters warmed the chalet quickly.

We had a lovely time. Innis was really friendly and responsive and the accommodation was exactly as described. Thank you and hopefully we will stay again ☺️🌊🌅

location to die for. right on the beach, stunning views and a really unique stay. everything you need is provided, place is really clean and sitting out on the terrace with a glass or two of wine watching the boats go by and the tide come in is truly wonderful.

My partner and I loved it THAT much, we are STILL there! We requested to extend our stay and despite having to move some bookings around, Alan and Lynne managed to make it possible for us! I had 3 nights of blissful sleep thanks to their fabulous pillows and now I get 3 more! 😁

Nice chalet for a few days

Absolutely stunning lodge, very spacious with lovely views of the ocean. Very comfortable and homely feel. Hot tub was private and very clean. Would highly recommend and would definitely go back. Thank you Lorraine

Second time staying here and would definitely book again and again. Would highly recommend this accommodation, it’s clean, very high standard and Alan is always helpful! Upon arrival, Russel was very helpful and informative. The accommodation is located in beautiful quiet countryside. We would definitely stay again.

The carriage was comfortable and a five minute walk to train station and beach with family entertainment . pubs and restaurants easy walking distance , also good for a walk to Dawlish along the sea wall or beach .

A spacious and clean 2 storey holiday home we’ll equipped for all your needs. You walk in to the kitchen that has a small kitchen table as well as fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and all cutlery and crockery. In to the sitting room/dinner there is a good size dinning table with 6 chairs as well as 2 comfy sofas and an arm chair, tv and DVD player. Upstairs there are 3 good size rooms that between them can comfortably accommodate 6 people. Bathroom and loo are well appointed and up to date with good shower over bath. Great communication with Renee and all in all a great place to stay whether you are staying in the local area or using it as a base to travel further in to Devon.

Lovely place to stay and to explore this part of Devon. Close to all shops and restaurants. Access to pool was unlimited which is brilliant- mostly on rainy days which we had :). Walkable distance to the beach where you can see Steam trains passing by :). Next to the caravan there is the bus stop (not ideal if you like me and prefer morning sleep :) ). Caravan was clean and had all needed facilities. Big thank you to Brian the host which always respond to all my questions even if I ask at very late hours. Clear information and directions. Beautifully renovated railway carriage. Very clean and well equipped. Better than the pictures with 2 twin rooms and master with ensuite bathroom. Very clean and well equipped. But the location was the best bit. Views out of one side over the Warren and the sea. Very, very close to the railway line, and you could see the trains whizzing past. This is the main and only line from Exeter to Penzance, and there are trains all the time, fast and slow. The trains run in the week from 4am until after midnight, we loved it, watching trains speeding past from my bedroom window less than 6 ft away. Also very close to Dawlish Warren train station with local trains every 30 mins to Teignmouth, Paignton, Exeter and Exmouth.

Thé area is stunning. Very peaceful, with the sea so near, three minutes walk. Beautiful view of the sea and surroundings. The way down to the centre is so wonderful. You might see seals on the way. Brixham is a gem and this place is a gem. Normally with Air B&B we have linen and towels. We did not have towels, which was disappointing. You have to pay to get them. Also, it would be nice to have some soap for bathroom and for the kitchen for washing up( even if it is not much just to start with). It was great to have tea, milk and sugar at our arrival. We had an issue with the sofa bed which we reported and straight away, it was asked to look into. They did try to solve the problem but the bed was still not that comfortable. This did not spoil our holiday. We had a fantastic time at this park and WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND it. Linda, Warren and Christina were very helpful. Thank you. The food was excellent at their cafe/restaurant. No win at bingo this time, there is hope.

Stayed over Easter holidays. Lovely place, worth of money. Lovely holiday park, with lots of entertainment. House was quite spacious(we were 4 adults and 3 kids) Clean and tidy. Can't complain. We visit Torquay quite often,3-4 times a year,so would definitely come back. Lovely host. Thank you xxx
