Crooked Park-boutique suite of rooms with parking

In the beautiful fishing port of Brixham, Crooked Park is a self-contained suite of rooms boasting free parking for 3 cars. Only 10 minute walk to the harbour basin for pubs and restaurants. WiFi, fridge, microwave, Nespresso and TV in the main room. Whilst there is no lounge the main bedroom has plenty of room to gather plus all rooms open on to a common area. A welcome pack of cereals, milk, sugar, coffee, tea and bottled water plus linen and towels are all supplied. Sunny decked seating area.

The entrance of a charming maisonette is depicted, featuring a dark wood door with a small window. Flanking the door, potted plants add a touch of greenery, while the textured white stone exterior reflects the building's character. The staircase leading up is visible, indicating access to the first floor.

Destiny Lodge

Destiny Lodge is set in the very heart of Brixham, steps from the harbour. This two bedroom maisonette is situated on the first floor accessed by steps (approximately ten) and is just a short walk from Brixham's quaint town centre and picturesque harbour. There are two bedrooms, a sitting room with open gas fire (looks like a real fire!) and dining table, and a television snug. There is a jacuzzi bath and the kitchen is spacious and well kitted out. There is a washer/dryer and a dishwasher

Brixham is a very family friendly town with many attractions for the whole family. Lilac Cottage is a pretty, newly refurbished, but still traditional, fishermans cottage situated on a pedestrian hill in the old part of Brixham - safe for kids and dogs - just 2 or 3 minutes walk from the town and harbour. There are 2 double bedrooms, ensuite bathroom and separate shower room, sitting room, kitchen, dining room and garden with BBQ and decking with lovely views over the marina towards Tourquay.

Fortune Cottage is a charming fisherman's cottage located a few minute's walk from Brixham harbour. The three storey semi-detached house, completely refurbished and redecorated in 2020, has sea views from the master bedroom. The cottage comprises a large sitting room with log burner, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms and a shower room. There is also a small laundry room with a washing machine and a separate WC. Outside there is an enclosed yard with seating and a BBQ.

A bright corner of a room features a small white desk with a simple chair. A framed floral picture is displayed on the desk, illuminated by natural light from the large window, which offers a view of the harbour and coastal landscape.

Panorama House has an elevated position, enjoying one of the most prominent locations in Brixham. A 5 minute walk down to the harbour takes you to shops, restaurants, bars and attractions. The local beach next to the Breakwater with its award winning Bistro is a 10 minute walk around the harbour. Other local beaches include the sandy Broadsands which is a 15 minute drive away, Goodrington with its waterpark or the wild unspoilt St Marys beach which is a 30 minute walk around the Coast Path.

A small but cozy cottage. It has everything you need for a few days or a weeks break! Located only 30 seconds walk from the harbour its ideal location. It’s nice and comfortable with old wooden beams giving the whole place that old cottage feel! Please note as like all the Brixham cottages they have a very steep staircase, so please bear in mind when booking. Unfortunately there is no parking for this cottage. Beautiful self contained cottage in the heart of Berry Head Nature Reserve, with a stunning half acre walled garden, beautiful views & 2 mins walk to the woods to access the South West Coast Path. Just a mile walk into Brixham harbour, with its blue flag beach, fabulous restaurants & historic fish market. The cottage has its own gate entrance for extra privacy and has a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. Unfortunately no dogs allowed as we have guinea fowl roaming.

A tranquil cove is depicted with gentle waves lapping at the shoreline, where two boats are anchored in the serene water. Lush greenery surrounds the area, and rocky outcrops provide natural borders, contributing to a peaceful coastal scene.

We’ve only ever visited Brixham for day trips and always wanted to stay longer and explore. This property is a perfect base for that. Located 5 mins walking from the harbour and many restaurants, coffee shops and pubs, but away from the crowds. Peaceful and private. The streets are narrow but with Liz’s instructions it was easy to find the place to drop off our bags and then park up in one of the long stay parking places. We settled in quickly and felt right at home. The apartment is exactly as described and in the photos provided. Liz was a very helpful and responsive host. Gave us lots of great recommendations for places to eat, walks to take and things to do. Thoroughly enjoyable stay. Thank you Liz!

We had a wonderful time at Little Trevio. The apartment itself is very clean and bright, stylishly decorated and perfect for two people. The parking space is right outside the apartment. The outside spaces - made up of two terraces with spectacular views of the quay - were fantastic (we did not get to use the sun loungers or the barbecue because it was a bit wet during our visit). The location is close to the centre of town, on a hill overlooking Brixham Quay. Emily is a great host - instructions and communications were excellent. We got a complimentary cream tea on arrival! We would highly recommend this property and will definitely look to reserve again next time we are in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Poppy’s cottage in Devon. The place is super cozy, comfortable, and in a fantastic location with so much to do nearby — and the view is absolutely to die for! Poppy was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother. We were especially touched by the thoughtful welcome gifts — delicious biscuits, a bottle of prosecco, and a lovely handwritten card. It was such a kind gesture and made us feel instantly at home. Thank you so much, Poppy! We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this cottage to anyone visiting the area.

Stuart was a great host, he answered all questions within minutes. he advised when we could check in early and as was always friendly and very helpful whenever we we saw him. he has a lovely place and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Clean and Tidy apartment 5 to 10 mins walk to town centre. very easy to find and access found a little spot to park a motorbike. Flat is well equipped. everything worked.

Luxury Coastal Hideaway for Two

Loved the look of the place when I first saw it listed. actually "Fabulousser" ( New word) than the pictures . Everything highend no skimping on quality. A magnificent bolt hole. A bit daunted by the steps but probably did me the world of good. A 76 year old teenager with arthritic joints and an issue with my ticker. The thought of a few beers in the fabulous Blue Anchor a great incentive, I wish it was nearer I'd be there more often both the apartment and Brixham. Well done Chris and Kelly
