Beach house vacation rentals in Brewster

A minor communication glitch between host and cleaners meant two of the beds had not been made and probably a general cleaning between guests wasn't done. Fortunately the property was already very clean and the guests before me must have been, too. Everything else was in order. When I let the host know, she immediately contacted the cleaners while I went out for groceries. By the time I got back, the place was perfect and the cleaners were gone. I don't think this is a regular occurrence at all. In October this neighborhood was very quiet, which is a priority for me. And I felt very safe, which is also important. I would definitely return and highly recommend.

Wish we could have stayed longer! A fun, cute little hidden spot with lots to do around! Maureen was an awesome and sweet host! We hope to be back in future!!!

The perfect house for a family vacation! From outside, the yard was well manicured, the fire pit and Adirondack chairs were great and the grill and outdoor table were perfect for a night of grilling out. On the inside, the house was beautifully decorated. Comfortable sectional couch, kitchen had everything we needed, both bathrooms were very clean and all beds were very comfortable! The house had everything we needed to to have a comfortable stay!! Oh yea…the beach wagon with chairs and umbrella was very convenient. Quick walk to end of the street and we were at the beach!! 100% recommend!

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this lovely home on Cape Cod. The house was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made it easy to cook breakfast and appetizers and feel right at home. One of the highlights was the beautiful view—perfect for relaxing mornings or evenings. The location is also great, just a short distance from the Cape Cod Canal, which was perfect for walking and biking. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful getaway on the Cape!

Jacks place was perfect for a girls weekend! He was super responsive and available for any questions. The place is close to many things to do with the ability to have that off the grid cape cod experience. I would recommend to anyone and book again in the future!

Stayed three nights, using it as a base for exploring Cape Cod (for example, just 6 min drive to Hyannis port for the ferry to Nantucket). It’s a very quiet, safe spot and we thoroughly enjoyed walking along the path to the beach.

We had a great stay - the weather was uncooperative, but having such a beautiful house really helped. The pool and hot tub were great, as was the built-in grill. There was plenty of space for everyone and having 4 bathrooms was great when everyone was getting ready.

The home was clean and well located. It was also stocked with necessities for young children which was very much appreciated.

Alena's place had everything we needed for a lovely week on the Cape. Great pool and location between Mayflower and Dennis Village. My daughter loved the home's bright airy playroom and it kept us sane and entertained on a couple of rainy days. Would definitely visit again!

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

Great house, plenty of areas for everyone to have their own space. college boys loved the games in he house when it was chilly, and also enjoyed outdoors, while parents had plenty of space and peace and quiet when needed. Dinner and watching sports on TV together was also easy, as space is really great. Lucia is as solid of a communicator as any host we've had, she was terrific and helpful. Of course, the Cape and Chatham is a terrific area to visit. Would definitely rent this house again and anything Lucia has.

We stayed during Memorial Day weekend and picked Amanda's place because of the close location to a family weekend gathering. It was perfect, I couldn't be happier and will definitely be booking again. We didn't need a lot of the amenities offered due to the proximity of family, but it would be ideal for anyone looking for a clean, cute and cozy beach getaway. I highly recommend!

This house was spectacular. More amenities than I would have ever thought of. Gorgeous interior and exterior. The surrounding neighborhood is in need of regentrification but it’s extremely safe and quiet. Once in the home., it’s an oasis. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in (sample size about 10) Tony is extremely responsive and helpful. This was the perfect home for my daughter’s bridal party to get ready in and shoot pre wedding photos in. Also amazingly comfortable for my large family to stay in for the long weekend.

This is a true hidden gem. A stones throw from one of the best raw bars in Yarmouth (or Cape Cod for that matter), literally steps (like 5 steps right out the slider) from the beach, stunning views and sunsets. Very clean and cozy cottage, and our host was excellent. The value was also incredible. Very central in Cape Cod, meaning anything you want to do besides Provincetown is 30 mins or less in any direction. Yarmouth had a charm of its own, especially for a family with young children. Lots of kids activities within 5 minutes. A+++

Laurie’s Sunburst Cottage was a perfect location. The view was spectacular each morning, waking up to see long pond. The space was so nicely decorated and very cozy for us to enjoy and relax with Netflix and other streaming included. Her eye for detail, even proving power strips next to each bed made it so easy and convenient to charge our phones. The place was spotless, clean and had updated and well stocked kitchens and bathrooms. We had everything we needed. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate for us to use the outdoor kayaks, fire pit or sitting areas, but they were beautiful as well, and added to the view from the windows. It’s conveniently located mid cape giving people access to doing various things on the cape. Walking around the neighborhood also gave us additional views of long pond. I highly recommend it, and would go back in a heartbeat. Laurie was very attentive and easy to reach. Thanks again Laurie for sharing your lovely home with us! Katie

We loved staying at Paula’s home! It immediately feels warm and cozy. The furniture looks nice and is comfortable as well. It is well stocked with kitchen utensils and toiletries. They left specific instructions and local recommendations. The home is tucked away from the road which makes it feel like a beautiful private getaway. As a book lover, I was thrilled to find some reading options too! We would definitely recommend staying in this lovely home.

Maura and Michael’s home was perfect for my family of 5. We were in town for a long weekend. The home was clean and stocked with everything we could have needed. The location is great. Walkable to a few places including Brooks park. It is a quick 5 min ride to downtown Harwichport and the beach. Maura was easily available and flexible when we wanted to extend our stay for a night.

This Airbnb is amazing whether looking for a place to hang with friends, as a couple or with a family. The beach was a short walk and the hole had all the beach supplies you’d want or need. Very convenient. I loved the shower to rinse off after the beach near the washer and dryer and the access to the sun room from the deck. It made frequent trips with kids easy. The home was beautiful and spotless. Great kitchen and plenty of bedrooms. The beds were comfy. The landscaping was beautiful and the home get private and in a nature escape but only 10-20 mins from restaurants and Wellfleet downtown. We loved it and would definitely stay again

Casey’s cottage was perfect - adorable, comfortable, super clean and tastefully decorated. I loved watching the sunrise from the upstairs bedroom and looking out at Town Cove from the living room bay window. Peaceful and quiet yet close to everything. Would love to return again!

Our week on the Cape was so restorative. This was a cozy stay with a comfortable bed. We ended up sleeping in most days because we were so comfortable. The heating system and fireplace added to the cozy cabin feel. Well-stocked with linens, towels, and tp/paper towels. A variety of board games were available and we had a game night. Hard to believe I've been with my husband over 9 years and didn't know he never played Yahtzee. A coffee machine, electric kettle, and air fryer were available for use. There is also a dishwasher and stove. Leah checked on us during our journey to make sure we got in okay and recommended some great food options. Dennisport is a great central location for traveling around the Cape. Brax Landing, Grumpy's, and City Tap were among our favorites.

We stayed here as a winter rental. It was perfect for what we needed. On cold days, the fireplace warmed up the house nicely. Kevin was very responsive.
