Waterfront vacation rentals in Brewster

We had a great weekend at this place. The place is small, but has everything you need. The porch and large deck are perfect for enjoying the weather and the view of the Canal. It was a great location for exploring lots of places on the Cape, without having to deal with traffic! We loved biking and walking on the trail alongside the Canal. The kitchen was complete with everything you need for cooking (just bring your own food!).

There was one issue which Gary and the property manager coordinated on and took care of as soon as possible. WE HAD A GREAT STAY LOVED ALL THE BEACHES and hope to be back next year!

Beautiful little condo with great views and everything within walking distance. The photos do not do it justice! Will definitely be back and would recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation on the cape

We had a a great time and really loved the location and communication with the host! The pond is practically the back yard and easy access to bring our kayaks in. Close to the bike trail and all of the awesome Dennis beaches. One of our best cape vacation homes we stayed at!

Loved the location! There were people nearby but it was quiet. Great access to walk on the sand by the water. Inside, the bed was comfortable and I found everything I needed for the one dinner I ate in. I enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the back as well. Would love to stay again.

My friend and I stayed here for our first trip to Cape Cod, and it was delightful! The studio is small but works well for two people. I was initially nervous about the outdoor shower, but Judith provides shower shoes, robes, and toiletries to make it a fun experience. She is a great host and was kind enough to leave wine and cheese for us at the beginning of our stay. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a charming place to stay on the Cape!

This is hands down our favorite AirBNB. It is as beautiful in person as it is in the photos. The location is so special and the interior is designed with the best New England style. It’s really an amazing experience. The amenities are great and the home is very comfortable and cozy.

Very responsive when any issue arose, all of which were minor. Sitting on deck out back and watching the wildlife was peaceful and wonderful. Living area and bedroom, including the beds, were all very comfortable.

This was a great place to stay. The house was just the right size for our family of 4 (two young kids). The fenced in yard with shade structure and yard games were great. We spent a lot of time playing outside. We initially got the place because of the proximity to the beach, and it is a nice short walk to the beach, but ultimately this beach wasn’t quite the right fit for our kids (ages 3 and 1) so we ended up going to a beach on the north side of the Cape instead, which was a better fit. We were really grateful for the chairs and beach toys, which we used when we went to the beach. The beach umbrella wasn’t in great shape, and with a little breeze it wasn’t usable. Also there were a couple shelves in the house that were either broken (medicine cabinet in bathroom) or missing a pin and so unusable (in the kitchen) but these were minor issues and didn’t affect the quality of our stay. All in all, we had a good time!

My family and I recently stayed at Donna’s home for a long weekend on the Cape. The house was exactly as described, matched all photos, and was in a phenomenal location. Just a few minutes from all of the shops and restaurants in Orleans, the beaches, hiking along the national seashore, and the Cape Cod rail trail. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place and very attentive hosts. The house was immaculate condition. Kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils one might need as well as spices and other necessities. Would also recommend the property for its location- quite close the the beaches and Chatham with its fish market and lighthouse

This house was spectacular. More amenities than I would have ever thought of. Gorgeous interior and exterior. The surrounding neighborhood is in need of regentrification but it’s extremely safe and quiet. Once in the home., it’s an oasis. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in (sample size about 10) Tony is extremely responsive and helpful. This was the perfect home for my daughter’s bridal party to get ready in and shoot pre wedding photos in. Also amazingly comfortable for my large family to stay in for the long weekend.

James made our stay extremely special! Although there was some sand when we came in, everything was at the house from spices to towels. The area is very nice and the house has many things to keep you occupied with games! Definitely recommend for a group of friends!!

Me and my wife had never been to the cape and we both turned 60 so we wanted to do something we have never did before. We decided to give Cape Cod a try. i went with very low expectations . Boy was i wrong. We had no idea if Chatham was the right place to stay or not. We randomly picked this house and we are so happy we did. it was is in a nice location close to the beaches and also close to the restaurants and shopping. What a great way to celebrate our 60th birthdays. i’m d reccomend this house to anyone looking for a great location with hosts who are easy to get a hold of and a very clean well kept place. Marc was a fantastic and flexible host who was responsive and accommodating. His stay is a perfect spot, nestled in a quiet residential area with a private beach! Everything was perfect with his stay!

Great location for a quiet, peaceful Cape Cod family getaway. Perfect space for group of 4, located on quiet corner of Chatham/cape cod. Very walkable to downtown and lighthouse beach (best beach in cape cod). Julia is a wonderful host, extremely responsive and her local recommendations for visitors were outstanding, especially for first time visitors to CC. Would recommend.

The location is fabulous and very close to many amenities - coffee, groceries, restaurants and the beach. While it was a small space, it was well laid out, comfortable to be in, very clean and had a respectable kitchen for its small size (which I used). Devon was very proactive and friendly when I asked him about the microwave not working - I had missed that it wasn't plugged in! The condo was very quiet at night even though it is close to a road. I will definitely return to Devon's place should I need to travel there and it is available.

The Condo was clean & comfortable. Having two bedrooms with queen beds was perfect for us, and sharing the 1 bathroom worked fine. The price was better than most other options. It was peaceful, and very quiet during our stay (in early May). Having the pool available would be very nice in summer months.

Loved the location and the apartment was facing the water, which meant a light cool breeze most of the time all day and night. The 2 bedroom apt was very clean and spacious and the 5 of us did not get in each of our ways. While inside, we did not hear any noise from our next door neighbors and sliding doors silenced any outdoor noise. The AC was cold and very comfortable. Amenities including additional outdoor access to a peaceful water area with picnic tables, Adirondack chairs was a huge plus. Indoor pool helped too with two little ones. Beach parking passes at a discount. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Parking was easy and plenty of spaces. Would recommend and we would stay again.

Our second visit. We love the place. Quiet but close to great beaches and the Popponesset Marketplace is 2 minutes walk away, with fish restaurants and small stores with necessities (including wine and beer!). A highlight of this visit was sitting on the patio in the morning and 3 times seeing an osprey dive to the pond and catch a fish.
