Serene and charming riverfront hideaway. In a residential neighborhood but very quiet. You are 5-10 minutes from great restaurants, shopping, Dennis Beach but it all feels very secluded. We went kayaking every day from the private dock, saw swans, sea lions, and hawks. The space is clean, boho-chic, very comfortable beds, easy to use gas fireplaces. Primary bedroom sitting area/sunroom is dreamy for reading. Kitchen has everything you need. We thought we might miss an ocean/bay view but we didn't at all. Very reasonably priced for the quality. Meg replied to all messages within minutes. We would absolutely come back. Great for a couple or small family.

Perfect quiet getaway - tucked inland along rail trail. Nice deck for morning yoga or night time tea by the fireplace. Grill was newer and worked well. Pull out wasn’t uncomfortable! Location was what we wanted but there is need to drive to other areas/the beach.

My two friends and I were looking for a peaceful place near to the beach and to restaurants and Haiyan’s place was perfect. It’s on a quiet residential street and at night the stars are beautiful! Haiyan’s instructions were easy to follow. The house was clean and exactly what we needed.

Our stay with Walt was incredible! The place came exactly as described and matched all of the photos. It also had all of the necessary ammenities when hosting large group of 11 people. Plenty of places to sleep, plenty of blankets and towels. Walt was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with when I had questions while we were in his residence. 10/10 would recommend!!

A beautiful home with the perfect Cape Cod vibe! Sat by the fire-pit in the backyard a couple of nights and it was so peaceful! It’s centrally located on the Cape. I walked a couple mornings in the neighborhood and felt safe, it’s a very quaint neighborhood!

This is our third time at Brewster Flats. The location really works for us. We enjoy kayaking at Nauset Marsh and walking at Brewster Flats. The beautiful beach is a convenient walk away. We generally cook in and the kitchen is clean and has the utensils etc that we need, with dishwasher! The place is clean, quiet and comfortable. ...The yard is private, with plenty of wood for a fire to make s'mores! It's a good fit for our family of 4 adults plus dog.

The Cape Charmer was better than expected. It was suprisingly kid friendly. Our one year old really loved crawling around the soft carpet in the living room. The space was even nicer than the photos and the beds were extremely comfortable. Would book again.

Paige was a great hostess. The cottage was clean and well stocked. We loved the quiet and privacy. Most of all, the cottage was a five minute walk to the beach. Thank you, for a relaxing week!

Had a great weekend at Josh’s place! Smooth booking process, great communication, easy checkin. The space was clean and exactly as advertised. I’d definitely recommend both Josh as a host and this location as a Cape getaway!

Don’t hesitate to book this place! The home is pristine, cozy, and situated in a lush neighborhood - highlights are the beautiful screened in patio and fire pit. Their yard is pure bliss! The basement is also great for kids and to watch movies. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. A+ location - peaceful neighborhood with excellent access to bike paths, hikes, restaurants and beaches. Truly had everything we needed! If you’re looking for a place to unwind or a jumping off point to explore the Cape, this is your spot. Bonus: Alex was incredibly communicative and provided great recommendations during our stay. Best host we’ve had. Thank you Alex! We can’t wait to book here again!

We came for Columbus Day weekend and it was wonderful. The house was cozy, quaint and peaceful. The location was great for walking to the beach one block, watching the cranberry bog workers bring in their harvest and walking the dogs around the quiet neighborhood. The backyard was great for nighttime activities such as grilling and eating dinner, having a fire under the lights etc. The home itself was just as pictured, stocked well with basic ammentities and lots of separate spaces for reading, relaxing, watching tv and sleeping. Would suggest to other renters as a great place to stay. Thanks again for a great stay!

We just finished a 4 night girls getaway for my Mom’s birthday. We can’t say enough about Adrianna and Tara’s cottage! We felt right @ home and there was such a peaceful vibe to the cottage. We were able to really relax and enjoyed beautiful sunsets with the fire pit going and wrapped in comfy blankets that they provided. They have thought of everything! The sauna experience followed by the outdoor shower was heavenly. We plan to make this an annual trip and this place is a 5+++, such an amazing stay🌸

We had a nice stay at Katie’s place. Great location if you plan on utilizing Ocean Edges facilities especially golfing. We attempted to use the pool, but the Shark Bah (cafe) was closed so opted out of additional fees. Bedrooms were very comfortable, but good to be aware that the upstairs bedroom is open and lofted so tricky if you have youngsters and have plans to entertain after 8pm.

We had a great stay at Hudson's place. The house was exactly as described and we enjoyed the facility especially the easy access to tennis and pickle ball.

I got this Airbnb for the weekend because I was proposing to my girlfriend in a Hyannis dinner train. This was the only spot that looked private and worthy of an “engagement weekend getaway” vibe as opposed to hotels and other Airbnbs. Meagan even allowed a friend of mine to show up and decorate the apartment with “Just Engaged” signs and fake candles and fake rose petals, which made the bedroom look even more romantic. My now-fiancé could not express enough how much she loved the place. Quiet, safe neighborhood, good eating spots less than 10 mins away in car, great water pressure, everything you could ask for. If we’re going to be knit-picky, the only thing we can complain about was that the A/C did not seem to work. The wall unit was open like if it was working, but no air was coming out of it. I forgot to mention this to Meagan during our stay, as I’m sure she would have rushed to help us. We slept with the windows slightly open and it was just as nice.

One of the best getaways we've had so far. The location was nicely situated away from the crowds and the traffic. The neighborhood is very quiet. 2 rabbits reside somewhere on the property. They came to visit every morning and evening. We enjoyed feeding them strawberries. We used the bikes which were maintained very well. You may want to bring a car that can handle packing up the kayaks. Water access is not walkable. But, you can ride bikes to restaurants, shops, and market. We loved the space. Perfect size for a couple. The kitchen had everything we needed. We ordered groceries from Shaws. Saved a lot of money cooking and eating in most nights.

Great place to stay for a family with everything you need in or at the house. Many items are new or upgraded and they definitely put time into thinking about what people need while there. We're repeat guests and would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay in this cottage, it was very private and had everything that we needed. The location is very close to the many beaches in the area, and everyone was very friendly. Also a short drive from other great towns and restaurants. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to explore the Cape!

Diana and Greg's place is a wonderful place to stay, brimming with nature, quaint and comfortable living space and wonderful hosts. A nice walk to the beach, enjoyed the birds and frog sounds were the highlights and Orleans allows the entire Cape Cod to be accessible under an hour drive. An awesome weekend adventure and appreciate Diana and Greg opening up their doors! Cheers!

Jon is an excellent, thoughtful host. The place was exceptionally clean and had everything one might need. Many sweet touches including small bouquets of flowers. Comfortable bed, good lighting, convenient location, and an easy walk to the water. Perfectly equipped for a relaxing vacation.

My wife and I just finished a great 3 night stay at Salt Pond Cottage. The small cottage was clean, comfortable and as the photos described. Although the lay out is small, similar to what photos showed, there’s efficient use of space and simple artistic feel inside. The cottage is an excellent location for walking the salt pond trail, biking on the rail trail, 10 minute drive to beaches on National Seashore or sunsets in the bay. The cottage is also a 10/15 minute drive to several sweet New England towns with cafes, bookstores, good restaurants and local art. Ali was a responsive, generous communicator. The only detail worth noting is that, as clearly noted in the description, the cottage is on Rt.6, so there is steady traffic sound. We weren’t surprised by it but worth noting its presence when booking. Excellent place to stay!

My fiancé, dog Bandit, and I stayed here for a few days and it was comfortable & had everything we needed. The private beach was a 10/10. Perfect place to watch the sunrise and there are gray seals constantly swimming by near the shore, so cool!! Make sure you take a look at the ideas and recommendations that Patty left in the blue ring binder. I recommend the Rock Harbor Grill for dinner & Ice Cream Cafe for dessert. Close by to the awesome rail trail for dog walks and only a 50ish minute drive to the tip of the Cape Cod National Seashore. I will say BEWARE of ticks if you’re walking your dog. They are plentiful in Cape Cod, believe it or not. Finally, Patty was a wonderful host. We would definitely choose this Airbnb when visiting Cape Cod again.
