Our house was completely renovated in 2021 on 3 levels to accommodate 8 people. The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining room and living room, a separate toilet, a 2-person bedroom, 140 x 190 cm, adjoining a shower room + toilet. The 2nd floor includes a bedroom for 2 people, 1 double bed of 200 x 200 cm, a 1-person bedroom of 120 x 190 cm and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The 3rd floor includes 1 bedroom for 2 people, 1 bed of 140 cm x 200 cm and a small living room with a sofa bed

The Black Chalet - Black Forest

The newly renovated Chalet Noir is located in Hinterzarten, an idyllic high-altitude health resort at an altitude of 1000 m. Freestanding on a hill by a mountain stream in close proximity to the Thoma ski lifts and the legendary Adler ski jumping hill. The mountain landscape around Hinterzarten is characterized by dense forests, wide meadows, clear mountain lakes and a mysterious high moor with hiking trails and a golf course. In winter, a cross-country ski network with floodlit runs and a natural ice rink beckon.

Outside the house is pure nature and inside the house is modern decoration. PS: Owner lives in another town close by, the entire home will be handed to you while you check in. The living room offers plenty of space for a relaxing evening on the sofa or at the dining table. There are two balconies overlooking the peaceful natural surroundings. The apartment is in a quiet location with private parking spaces right outside the door. Bed linens, towels, kitchen towels, and basic cooking and shower supplies are provided.

My place is close to forest, meadows, pond, ice rink, ski lift, indoor pool with sauna. You'll love my place because of the coziness, wooden floors, Feng Shui bed 160 × 200, bathtub, shower. Smoke, geopathy, electromagnetic pollution and perfume-free! My place is good for nature-loving couples, hikers, cyclists, skiers, non-smokers, vegetarians, "healthy" and convalescent people, but not for smokers, animals, and the searing of meat is also not desired.
