Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Breitnau

The previous reviews have raised high expectations, which have been consistently met. Everything that has been written so far is true! The prepared hiking trails, some of which start at the house, are particularly great. After hiking, relaxation in the sauna, then a cozy evening in the beautiful apartment. Only one disadvantage: we didn't stay long enough! So highly recommended, namely host and vacation home, you effectively stay and live like on cloud nine.

We had a great stay at Tamara's place. The location and views are beautiful. Tamara also gave us some tips for activities beforehand. You just felt like it was important to her that we felt comfortable and so do we! I would come back anytime

We stayed here because we visited the Europapark. From there, it takes about 15 minutes to get to the park. The place was nice, Lilia and the house cat greeted us when we arrived, the place was clean and we felt comfortable right away. We spent the evenings comfortably on the large balcony and recovered. The area is very quiet, we liked that.

Absolutely loved👍😍. We stayed 1 week for two with our four-legged friends in the beautiful accommodation of Petra and Roger. Already before our trip, we had such a friendly contact with Petra and Roger. Everything went wonderfully from start to finish. The place is a dream, clean, beautifully decorated, with lots of privacy and with everything your heart desires🙏❤. The location is perfect, with many possibilities for excursions (Wutachschlucht, Schluchsee, Rheinfall, Titisee, Lake Constance, Zurich and much more). A perfect place to enjoy peace and quiet in the countryside and still see a lot. Last but not least, Petra and Roger are perfect, loving 😍hosts who were always available and supported with valuable tips. Simply 5 star 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 for everyone👍🙏. We had a wonderful time🙏.. A lovely vacation cottage with a beautiful garden where our dog could play. Brand new cottage with very welcoming treats and the friendliest host ever. Supermarket is very close and from the location nice excursions such as flower island Mainau, the Rhine waterfalls and of course Stein am Rhein itself are very easily accessible. Very warmly recommended!

Perfect stay – thank you, Franz! We had a wonderful time staying at the place. Everything was very clean, lovingly decorated and exactly as described. The peaceful surroundings provided for relaxation, and at the same time everything important, such as Europa-Park and Rulantica, was easily and quickly accessible. A very special thank you to the host Franz – super friendly, helpful and always available. They immediately felt welcome and in good hands. You don't find such warm care everywhere! We'd love to come back and highly recommend this place.

Claudia's house is a gem - a mix of style icons, museum and antique shop. Those who are prone to too many impressions per square meter will not feel comfortable. Everyone else will be very excited. Big pluses: the well-equipped kitchen, the sociable guest and pub room as well as the garden with diverse barbecue facilities - and if necessary - an outdoor kitchen. We felt very comfortable.

Beautiful house and very secluded, with many opportunities to hike. Had a very nice time. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay with a family group! Well equipped, comfortable, and very centrally located, with lovely views from the alcove windows and especially from the roof terrace!

We spent a wonderful weekend in the Black Forest in this unique place. 😌 As soon as we entered, we were overwhelmed by the loving and thoughtful furnishings. The apartment is not only beautifully decorated, but also well equipped – we didn't miss anything. We were particularly impressed by the hammock and the bathtub in the living room overlooking the fireplace. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the welcome gift was a great surprise. You can tell how much heart and soul the hosts have put into this special home – they were also always friendly and helpful. 🙏🏽 My girlfriend's personal highlight was sitting in front of the crackling fireplace and reading a book in peace! 📖 We had a great time all around and can really recommend this place to anyone looking for a special place to switch off and recharge. Thank you for this beautiful experience! 🤩

the apartment corresponds exactly to the pictures. Hermann was super flexible with check-in and check-out. the view from the balcony - pure Black Forest and priceless.

Perfect place for hiking and walking in the southern region of the Black Forest. A comfortable and roomy apartment. Nice hosts. Good town to stay, easy acces to stores. Easy to get around to Freiburg and beyond. Highly recommended.

We had the most amazing stay. Rebecca and Tony were the loveliest hosts, ensuring we had all the information we needed for our adventures (which were wonderful and aplenty). We’re so grateful to the whole family for making our stay so welcoming. It was a pleasure to stay in this beautiful property and to explore the local area. It really is an enchanting place, lush and green with so much to see and do. We were struck by the rich biodiversity of the region and how quiet and pristine it is. As a family who are passionate about nature and enjoy nothing more than spending time together outdoors, this was the prefect base. The property is nestled amongst tree-covered hills with beautiful wildflower meadows spanning the valley and you’ll find a stream at the bottom of the garden. The balcony offers dreamy views out towards the picturesque landscape where you can enjoy the soothing soundtrack of birds, the bells of the goats on the hillside and the stream. A little slice of paradise!

Our year 2025 could not have started better. Thanks for that 🙏 We were greeted personally by Milla & Grace, and we immediately felt welcome thanks to the brief introduction from the two. For us, it was the perfect place to relax, the incredibly beautiful panoramic windows invite you to do yoga or linger. Two other pluses were the sauna and the great free-standing bathtub. We will be happy to come back and can recommend the spacious apartment to anyone looking for something special.

The cozy log cabin with garden is located in a quiet, green environment. It is very clean, well equipped and pleasantly bright thanks to the large skylight. Wolfgang is a friendly and attentive host who proactively informs and responds very quickly. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back.

what a nice, beautiful cottage with logs, a real mountain cabin. is located in a beautiful area. have made nice trips and walked wonderfully in the area 😀

This is a private oasis in the city. It is located in the public woods just next to the Goldenberg ( a wonderful restaurant). It is 'glamping' at its best. You have everything you need for an extended stay and for feeding yourself. We were there over a full moon and it was breathtaking. We had a car which was helpful but a bicycle would have been just as good as it is a bit of a walk for groceries etc - but you can do it with no wheels.

Beautiful little log cabin on a farm. The hostess was super friendly and greeted us right away and explained everything. The animals that live there are all very tame and most can be petted. The bathroom is mainly open, so it has a lot of leaves on the floor, but that didn't bother us at all. It is just all pure nature and apart from the occasional flight noise, it was very quiet and cozy. Although it was a bit cool with us, we were able to sit outside by the fire until late at night. Breakfast was terrific and far too much for two people. We'd love to have eaten more. :) Recovery = 100% Romance = 100% Referral = 100% Thank you and hopefully see you again sometime:)

We’ve had a splendid stay with our baby daughter at Lucas’s place. Due to its green surroundings it is a very good location to relax. You are within a thirty minutes drive from Colmar and even closer to picturesque villages such as Kaiserberg while you stay in a very calm environnement (even during the day you hear the crickets chirp). The infrastructure is basic, but this enhanced our experience . There are essentials such as water, electricity and gas, but don’t expect a TV and wifi. The cosy house is in perfect condition, and beautifully constructed. Lucas’s communication was great as well. He responded very quickly and passed by shortly after we contacted him due to a minor problem. He lives in the neighbourhood and invited us to come and visit his sheep and goat farm, where he makes his own cheese.

It was a good stay, a perfect base to see the Bodensee, Schaffhausen and other nice places. The house was simple, but fine! Everything you need is there.

We had some wonderful serene and sunny days in Pierre and Katia's mountain cabin. Incredible flexible and friendly hosts and we felt right at home from the first second. Beautiful location and spacious cabin. We enjoyed the nearby hiking trail, the outdoor bath and daily cuddles with Snow (the dog) whom our own dog also found a friend in. Al fresco dining everyday. We had daily excursions to nearby Alsace attractions with advice from Pierre and the children are still talking about the welcome bowl with candy (and Snow of course! ;) Cabin is warmly recommended
