The lake of Uri is only a few minutes away and it provides refreshing dips during hot summer days and beautiful walks at any point. Uri is the perfect spot to do any kind of outdoor activity. From windsurfing, swimming, biking to hiking, skiing and ski touring, the region has a lot to offer and you will for sure never get tired of it.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Sleeping in a living barrel Relax in our yard in a cozy barrel. In the beautiful, mostly fog-free Ybrig and the surrounding area, they find everything to enjoy their holidays, e.g. skiing in the nearby Hoch-Ybrig and Oberiberg skiing area, cross-country skiing in the neighboring village of Studen-Unteriberg, snowshoeing. Bike and hiking tours, as well as swimming in the indoor pool Unteriberg or the Alpamare in Pfäffikon-Schwyz that can be reached from us in 30 minutes by car.

Our paradise invites you to relax. The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Our cat also lives in the attic, which shares the bathroom and the living room. It has a parking in front of the house and a seating area with a fireplace. The ski resorts of Chäserrugg and Wildhaus can be reached in 5 minutes by car.
