A small place for two people. Close to dental clinics, business conference hotels and sport hall. Fast internet for digital nomads. LGBT friendly. We are in the city, yet away from city crowds, close to supermarket. We have local quality awards- Kvarner family. Private free parking. Part of the garden is reserved only for you. You are the only guest in the house. We provide all small household items (ex. salt). If you need transportation from bus stop or just driving instructions-let me know.

The apartment is located in the heart of Opatija in an old Villa. Right next to all the beaches and parks. The main beach of Opatija is only 50 meters away. Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars.
