The house is surrounded by farms and has excellent views. We are just over 2km from Franschhoek Village, so in easy access. If you do not want to drive, you can get around very easily on the Tuk-Tuk or hire a bicycle to enjoy a leisurely drive around the village and valley. You can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at Cafe Bon Bon who are our neighbours. Access is through a private gate a short walk through our vineyards. We had a lovely stay at Mario’s, the space was perfect for my husband and I and our toddler. Great private patio with bbq and lovely master bedroom with sofa in it. Kitchen was small but fine for us. Mario was an excellent host - very responsive and helpful but never intrusive. Location was a walk to the coast path, one local restaurant and fernkloof, but otherwise a short drive into town / main beaches so car was recommended. Thanks for a very happy holiday, we’d definitely return :)

5 star stay ⭐️.Helpful, friendly, smooth check in . View on both sides , mountain & ocean 👌. Linen & towels 5 star ⭐️.Bed so comfy 👌. Tiny problem which was sorted out in minutes 🙌. Don’t bother looking else where this is the place to stay . Little bit out of town but lovely & peaceful . Cliff walk which Eunice recommends is a must . 1 hour into Hermanus , easy walking . Also if you like in the town .. check out Goozi apartment which they also have & is walkable to everything . All in all both places 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Thank you both & we would love to revisit in the future 🙏🙏🙏

Die beiden Gastgeber Helen und Owen sind sehr herzliche Menschen, es war sehr einfach sich dort schnell wohl zu fühlen. Wir hatten das Appartment mit eigener Küche und privater Terasse. Es gibt aber auch noch eine Gemeinschaftsküche, die wir hätten nutzen können. Unsere Kutesachen konnten im Garten abgestellt und getrocknet werden. Es gibt reichlich Platz. Und da wir zu Weihnachten da waren, hatte Helek sogar noch für alle gebacken. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Die Unterkunft bei Willie und Elsabe war die beste auf unserer bisherigen Reise. Sehr komfortabel und sauber. Willie hat uns bei Ankunft sehr herzlich begrüßt und in alles eingewiesen. Es gab auch einige kleine Aufmerksamkeiten im Kühlschrank und zwischendurch wurde nach und geschaut und gefragt ob alles gut ist. Wir haben uns sehr Willkommen gefühlt. Zwar hatten wir etwas Regen aber da die Unterkunft so schön war, haben wir uns dort trotzdem eine sehr gute Zeit gemacht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen, sowie die restliche Stadt. Bei gutem Wetter sind verschiedene Wanderungen möglich. Der Sonnenaufgang ist vom Balkon aus zu sehen. Wunderschön! Unser Auto konnte sogar in der Garage parken. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man sich wünscht! Danke!

We just loved the suite, definitely one of the highlights of our trip! Very warm welcome, great recommendation for the sorroundings and a fantastic place to stay :) super clean, cozy and in a lovely neighbourhood. We would come back anytime!

what a gem! The guest suite is beautiful. Brian was welcoming and full of local information which was invaluable. We visited a few of the recommended vineyards as well as local restaurants and cafes and they did not disappoint. Highlights included Vrede en Lust for brunch, The French bistro for dinner and The Blue Correander for a curry. The Mad Hatter was a great spot to have a relaxing drink whilst listening to live music. Thank you Brian for welcoming us to your beautiful area. Hope to return to do more of the recommendations!

Schon das Ankommen war perfekt, wir wurden sehr herzlich von Terezas Eltern begrüßt und eingecheckt. Alles vorhanden, sogar Milch für den afternoon tea war vorhanden. Die Lage in Kleinmond ist exzellent, 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand mit einem tollen Restaurant. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Kleinmond wieder hierher kommen.
