Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Breckenridge

This is a small, ground-floor one-bedroom condo that is a three minute walk to the Gondola. Comfy small bedroom. Nice largish bathroom. Good fold out couch. Small table that fits four. Perfect for 2 or 3 adults, or two adults and two kids. Everything inside seems new. (Looks like a complete renovation within the past year – we could not find a ding in the paint anywhere.) Good set of kitchen stuff. Anything that might be problematic (e.g., how to pull out the couch or whether the window lock is on or off) is clearly marked. A surplus of hangers. Plenty of towels. One gets the sense of a host who has thought through everything. The management company is a mile down the road and was pleasant and helpful in picking up the keys. If you want a reasonably priced place right by the slopes I can't imagine anything better.

The most beautiful home set back in a private cove atop the mountain. The home was in pristine condition and had all the amenities our family of 10 needed. Heated floors, hot tub, pool table and plenty of space for everyone to sprawl out. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and more. The house has many bells and whistles, too many to list! The property is about a 10 minute drive from Main Street and Peak 8 ski lifts. I will say Ubers were a bit hard to get if needed, especially if you need one for more than 4 people. If you need an airport shuttle, I cannot say enough great things about Summit Express, they went above and beyond! Overall, this property was excellent with great communication from the owners. We will definitely be back!

I can’t say enough good things about this home. Sharon thought of everything a guest could need and provided it, from cozy throw blankets to bath salts to a well-stocked kitchen. Our group of four was so comfortable there and the setting is so peaceful. Sharon is an excellent communicator. She gave detailed instructions and responded immediately with o all inquiries. I can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved this property! It’s perfect for a multi-family mountain getaway, offering plenty of space and comfort. The layout was ideal, with bedrooms on all three floors and multiple seating areas for everyone to spread out and relax. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the two dining areas made mealtime easy and enjoyable. The kids had a blast with the basement games and outdoor hot tub. The scenery was stunning, and the cozy, mountain-inspired decor made it feel like a true retreat. We’d love to stay here again!

This cabin was incredible! We used it for a girl’s weekend for a group of 12 and it was the perfect place. It’s clear how thoughtfully curated this cabin was. It’s beautifully decorated AND functional - it had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for all of us and we all enjoyed ourselves. Our favorite part was seeing a little fox friend who came to visit us each day! The location is great as well. We loved the little town of Alma and its food truck, coffee shop, and Almart convenience store. We drove into Breck for a hike and lunch and it was a super easy trip. Thank you, Kasey for your hospitality - we hope to be back again!

We had a wonderful stay and this was a great place to just get away. We immediately felt right at home, lots of family friendly amenities (pack and play, kid games, kid friendly dishes, & high hair). Easy to get to downtown Frisco and walkable to a nice creek. Highly recommend and hope to be back!

Great place in a great location. Perfect with 2 young kids. It was clean, as-described, nice pool and hot tub and it was very convenient to have kids plates and silverware in the kitchen. It was very nice to sit in the morning and listen to the river and look at the mountains on the balcony. It is within walking distance of several restaurants and things to do next to Keystone ski resort, most of which were closed during our visit, but the host warned us of this ahead of time and we went in the off season for a reason, so this was not an issue. This place is a great starting point for a Rocky Mountains vacation, we would stay here again.

found this spot while traveling and riding at breck. it is a bit far (30 min), but it was a great place to stay. Bed and pillows were great! The secluded nature of it and the rural surroundings were very peaceful and nice at night. So many stars to see at night! I would recommend as long as you are okay with the distance. Dave and Miriam were sweet and friendly hosts!

Clint and Carina have a wonderful place located in Breckenridge. Just a short walk from downtown. I’ve rented many places in Breckenridge and the location of this place was amazing because of the ease of walk to the city. Plus being able to ski in at the end of the day was awesome. It’s just a short walk to the snowflake chair which got my heart going in the morning, which was perfect. Carina‘s communication through the course of my stay was awesome. I haven’t started planning my trip for next year, but I would easily stay in this location if it’s available thanks again Carina and Clint for allowing me and my family to utilize your home.

Great place to stay. Within walking distance to the slopes and downtown area. Clean accommodations. Friendly and responsive host. Would have liked a better view, but overall it was fine as we were hardly there. Would stay there again.

Clean and has everything you need for essential necessities. Very convenient location, about 5-10 minutes from downtown and the slopes! Can’t beat it.

The apartment is just like in the photos, extremely well sorted with everything you would need. The building has a great variety of entertainment plus laundry (quite a walk form the apartment). Close to town also, and would have been just perfect for us had Peak 9 been open (we booked assuming it would and it would have been ski in ski out), not the owner’s fault of course.

The place was super clean, perfect sized for a family, and the amenities were fantastic.

We chose to have a small family gathering with our 3 kids to celebrate my husband's birthday here, it was amazing, this home had alot of charm. I loved the sunroom the view in morning was amazing, the family enjoyed playing pool in evenings. it was nice to get away and enjoy family time. It was so peaceful I would highly recommend staying here.

LOVED this airbnb, one of the best I've stayed at. Perfect for 2 families with young kids. Wonderful outdoor kids play area, parents hanging out on the deck, really nice indoor hang out areas, and beautiful hiking just 5 minutes away. I think it's really likely we will stay here again. Oh, and the beds were comfortable, (good, new mattresses) which is SO important.

Amazing house and location! The house description is accurate, would highly recommend to rent and we will definitely want to stay again. Close to downtown Breck and lots of outdoor activities. Bonus - we saw multiple moose in the area during our stay.

We stayed here for our wedding, and we could not be happier with our stay. We had everything we needed, and it was a nice, quiet place to get away. A bit far from stores and restaurants, but we were prepared and loved to cook at the house. Scenery was beautiful, I loved waking up to the mountain sunrise every morning. Cozy says it all. As soon as we walked in it felt like home. Beautiful home nicely decorated. We all enjoyed our stay. We even saw Mr. Fox one morning, that was super cool. All rooms very clean, neat and comfortable. Loft area was a great spot for our teenage boys. The hot tub was great, my only concern was the path to get to the hot tub was very Icey due to lots of snow, so we had to be extra careful. We all had a great week.

Had an amazing time at the cabin! Absolutely beautiful space with tons of amenities, functional kitchen, games and TV, Cosy bedrooms. The property is beautiful, lots of privacy and we loved the hot tub and fire pit. Perfect weekend getaway for my birthday, highly recommend!
