Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Breckenridge

Stephen's home was absolutely beautiful and truly exceeded our expectations! The balcony space was incredible, with stunning views of the mountains & gondola, a perfect backdrop for our stay. The location was ideal for skiers, just a quick less-than-5-minute drive to Peak 7 and 8. While walking to the gondolas in ski gear would be challenging due to the uphill gravel road in winter, it'd be walkable during the summer. The entire home was cozy and impeccably clean. We felt super cozy in the beds, finally an airbnb with firm and comfortable mattresses! The longer pillows were a nice touch. The multiple living room spaces were perfect for relaxing, and the downstairs area could easily be a separate space. The hot tub was sparkling clean, a perfect end to each day. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend, especially during non-peak seasons for an even more relaxing experience. P.S. Stephen was an exceptional host, graciously accommodating our early/late check-in requests.

Beautiful home, luxurious finishes, short walk to downtown Breckenridge, probably about 7-8 minutes. This was one of the main reasons I booked this home, I celebrated my 40th birthday here and had some family fly in as well. It was great because if someone wanted to go into town to shop, or eat, it was easy to do on your own, or all walk together as a group. The town is great for families! There were several times we’d leave the house at 11am, planning to do one thing, and then we ended finding other things to do while out and about and come home hours later. Beautiful mountain views as advertised. Location was great for activities we had planned, about 50min from Idaho springs (scenic drive) for ziplining, great white water rafting. Host is very friendly and accomodating, lives below the Air BnB on same property which was a non issue, completely separate entrance, we really only saw her on the first day at check in as we figured out parking. Stayed 6 nights, Would book here again!

Such a beautiful cabin! Everything was amazing. The views are breathtaking. The cabin was well stocked, very clean and comfortable for all 10 of us! Highly recommend! Thank you for letting us stay and we will be returning in the future! 5 stars all around!

Kate's listing was as-advertised and met all of my family's needs. Easy access, simple check-in and out, spacious, and well-appointed. There's a fabulous public playground (River Park) just 1.5 miles south on Highway 9. We appreciated the communications and grace with our request for a late check-out. A terrific listing and host!

Beautiful location and home. Had the most wonderful stay!

This is a truly lovely unit. The photos on the website don't do it justice. The rooms are actually quite bright (vs the dark photo). The huge window enhanced the whole ambiance by bringing the trees inside. It was wonderful to not feel crowded - we had space to spread out and by having a basement level, it gave us all a chance to retreat. This area of Keystone was new to us and it made for lovely walks, as well as walking to River Run. The kitchen is spacious, where 2 or 3 people can be working at the same time. Furniture is very comfortable. Absolutely wonderful to have TWO parking spaces -- in a garage! This made unloading/reloading our belongings so easy. We will definitely consider this unit next year!

The condo is perfectly located close to A-Basin and Keystone. It is spacious, peaceful, clean and large! It easily accommodated our family of six in need of three separate bedrooms. The towels were soft and plentiful. The kitchen was well stocked to get us started. There was detergent for a few loads. It was just what we needed for a ski trip to A-Basin. The condo has a hot tub next door, which was lovely after a day of skiing. The condo was comfortable with ample parking, even a garage. There is a larger pool available but we didn't try it. This is a family friendly condo with lots for the kids to do, many books and games! The bunk beds were full/queen sized with stairs to the upper bunk. Communication was clear and easy. I stayed with my husband and brother’s family of four; this property was comfortable for all of us and we enjoyed sitting outside in the morning. While we originally slated to be in a different listing, the property management let us know the other property was unavailable due to a maintenance issue. They provided two additional listings and we chose this one~ we were pleased with the choice and enjoyed our stay in Keystone.

Very responsive and let us in early because we had sleepy toddlers! Well stocked home and very clean. Recommend for sure. Thank you!

We loved staying here! It was just like the pictures, quiet and beautiful scenery! The power went out in the area one afternoon and the host was very responsive and helpful! Would highly recommend staying here!

Our stay was fantastic! the view is incredible. The kitchen was well-equipped, including a double refrigerator which was incredibly convenient for storing food throughout our stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the quality of the sheets made for a restful night's sleep. Highly recommended!

This was our first time to Keystone and I'd say this place was a 10/10 for sure. Even though you are next to other homes you still felt like you had privacy and it was beautiful. Probably my favorite Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Very high quality home and you could tell that it was very well maintained! Super clean. Had fans and also humidifiers which helped us so much! If you're thinking about staying here, do it!

We recently stayed at Jay’s place in Alma for a ski trip, and we had the best time. The accommodation was perfect and, honestly, one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. The level of detail he’s put into all the little things makes for such an exceptional stay. Would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice, cozy stay away from the noise but close to the ski field.

Exactly what we wanted. Secluded yet close to I70 so we could get anywhere fairly quickly. Be a great place to stay if you were skiing several different mountains. Deck over looking the creek was awesome!

Our family had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed our cabin stay. We celebrated my son’s birthday and Mother’s Day together. My son always likes to go on a trip/experience for his birthday and this was the cabin he chose. Picturesque views. Weather was great. The cabin really helps you feel right at home while soaking up the relaxation. We really had a great time.

Amazing house and location! The house description is accurate, would highly recommend to rent and we will definitely want to stay again. Close to downtown Breck and lots of outdoor activities. Bonus - we saw multiple moose in the area during our stay.

We selected this cabin for a two-night family getaway with our two adult children to get away and just enjoy a relaxing weekend with family. We got exactly that. Anna contacted us well before our check-in to give us the information we needed to settle into the cabin quickly. The cabin was bright and welcoming, and the views from the dining room table and deck were great. The kitchen was well stocked with all the kitchen utensils to prepare a family meal, and lots of extra kitchen goodies that you almost felt like you were in your own kitchen. We enjoyed many the morning sun and stargazing on the deck. Very peaceful. The hot tub and roasting smores on the lower deck was a great way to cap off our stay. It was an all-around great cabin for hospitality, welcoming and comfortable accommodations, and just the right setting to get away from the hustle and bustle.

Beautiful, well appointed home with tons of lovely little luxuries and touches that really made us feel relaxed and on vacation. The hot tub was great! Also really appreciated the lack of chores to do upon checking out - just take your stuff and go!

Amy's cabin was quaint and peaceful! My husband and I stayed for our anniversary weekend and we had a great mix of activities and relaxing. Would highlyly recommend if you are looking for a cute cabin close to Breckenridge!
