Family-friendly vacation rentals in Breckenridge

Our stay was wonderful. Robert was extremely helpful and responsive. Traveling with our baby the space did get hot during the day as most mountain homes don’t have AC. They brought fans to help cool the space and made our stay much more comfortable. We’d reccomend to everyone and would stay again!

Mark & Nancy were on top of everything before we got to the cabin. From vehicle recommendations to all of the info we needed to get in. The airbnb was stocked with everything we needed along with fun card and board games to keep everyone entertained. One couple on the trip even got engaged at the top of the hill right by the airbnb with the beautiful mountains in the background! 10/10 would recommend.

Thank you for hosting our first trip to Colorado to visit our son. We loved the location, the views and convenience of being in a quiet neighborhood and close to recognizable stores/restaurants along with quaint one of a kind local shops and eating. Can't wait to visit again

Jay’s mountain condo is truly a gem within the mountains! I visited with my girlfriend in the middle of June, and the peace, quiet, views, it just doesn’t get any better! The covered parking garage was a great plus, the condo itself was in fantastic condition! Check-in was smooth, all interactions were friendly and informative! It is right at the base of a ski slope with lifts (not my forte, but perfect for others), access to town with everything you need, it was a perfect experience!

Great place for a quick ski trip. The bus stop was very convenient, literally right outside the front door. If you time the bus route you can be out the front door and in the lift line in less than 15 minutes. Unit is on a lower level so not a lot of steps.

Deb's place was great and just what we needed after long day of skiing. The hot tub was right outside the patio door, which we loved in the cold weather. The bed was comfy, soft and warm. The condo is a two minute walk to shopping and dining on main street. The bus system picks up at the front of the building the staff at the front desk were very helpful when needed. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed are time we spent in the condo and couldn't have asked for more. Thanks for making your condo available for all of us to enjoy :)

What a great to spot to stay in Breckenridge!! The walk to the Quicksilver chairlift was even closer than I thought it would be. On an obvious path with signs that tell you where to go. Very close to all of the restaurants on Main Street. The apartment itself was clean and cozy and very enjoyable and as described. It was also possibly the closest building to the pool and hot tubs, making for just a quick walk in the cold which was very nice. 100% would stay again!

Brian and his beautiful condo were both great. We have stayed in this condo before and were glad to be able to come back. Location is excellent, condo decor is beautiful, and equipment [humidifiers, fans, blankets, clothing hooks, etc] was just what we needed. Brian was very responsive to our questions with effective answers and actions as needed. This is a great place for 6 people. All three generations enjoyed our stay!! Don’t hesitate to try Columbine 205!!!

Great place easy to locate and quiet. Clean and cozy, parking very simple and comes with one underground heated garage parking space! 5 min walk to Quicksilver lift and ticket booth. Good Communication and quickly available when needed. Easy check out instructions, I would stay here again!

This is the perfect spot for you ski vacation. The condo is the perfect location- about a 30 yard walk to the bus that takes you to peak 7 or 8 or walkable to 4 o'clock run. Walkable to town and tons of delicious restaurants and shops. Kim was incredibly responsive and sent detailed instructions prior to check-in as well as a list of many things to do in the area. The condo was very spacious with a huge living room and kitchen area. We used the fireplace frequently and there's a huge room with firewood in the basement so you don't have to worry about that. The condo also had a lot of amenities to make it easier like a coffee maker and coffee and paper towels and a washer/ dryer. The ski locker in the basement was perfect to hold our skis, poles and Boots/helmet so it didn't take up any space in the condo. We could walk right in from the bus, take off our gear and then head upstairs to the condo. We even went to Vail one day and it was about 40 minutes away. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay to see a show at the amphitheater. The place was clean and has a great view of the lake and mountains. Plan on there again.

We had a great time here! It's very walkable to town and the pool and hot tubs were great. The hosts were super responsive when we had a question. We enjoyed our time in Breckenridge and this was a great home away from home!

The condo is fantastic! I truly appreciated all the high quality finishes and furnishings. The decor was just perfect for the Breckenridge Mountain setting. Even though it is part of a 4 story building - once you enter - it felt like we were staying in a cozy cabin because of all the finishes. The bed in the master is very comfortable - something that is always very important to me when vacationing anywhere as a mid 60's person. And the view and relaxing sound of the river directly in front of the building makes it just PERFECT. Well stocked kitchen. Just a trip down the stairs (or elevator) to the walk along the river and you are right downtown Breck. Carol was super responsive to any questions. Would stay again next time we head up there!

Perfect location, easy 5 min walk to the quicksilver lift & main Street which has tons of shops and restaurants. There are ski lockers on the same floor as unit, washer / dryer right across the hall and fully stocked kitchen. Traveled there as a family of four and it was perfect. Host was very responsive. Would highly recommend.

great spot for ski season! we stayed this past weekend over the closing of peak 9 and it was a very convenient 3-5 minute walk to/from from quicksilver lift, in addition to being walkable to town. Jacquie's place was clean, comfortable, and super cute and I would definitely stay again

I can’t say enough good things about this home. Sharon thought of everything a guest could need and provided it, from cozy throw blankets to bath salts to a well-stocked kitchen. Our group of four was so comfortable there and the setting is so peaceful. Sharon is an excellent communicator. She gave detailed instructions and responded immediately with o all inquiries. I can’t wait to come back!

We loved our stay! Location, location, location! Easy walk to anything in town, especially the mountain. Kitchen was so well stocked, lots of pots, pans, utensils, griddle….so many small appliances. If you like to stay in and cook, I would highly recommend staying here. The hot tub was a huge plus after coming off the mountain too! Will be staying again next year.

We just got back from this precious A frame house and loved it. It was perfect for our little get away. It was quiet and could hear the river all throughout the day. Communication was great and he even recommended some near by trails for us to explore!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! It looked exactly as the pictures show and the directions on how to get to the condo are described perfectly. The condo was very clean and was in a great location. John was flexible with check in and easy to communicate with. We would stay here again.
