Set mainly on one level, a low ceiling mezzanine accommodates a small double bed & extra single bed. The one acre garden is a real treat with plenty of vista points.

The Annexe, within the owner’s enclosed grounds, is set in the peaceful Devon countryside, well located for many different activities including; surfing, walking, fishing, cycling and sightseeing. North Hill Cottages is just 10 mins from Barnstaple (and less again to NDDH) but you will feel as if you are in the middle of nowhere. Sat on top of ....North Hill, Willow is one of 9 cottages created from traditional stone farm buildings in a beautiful tranquil spot with space to roam. We are ideally situated to explore the West and North coasts, as well as Exmoor. After adventuring we have an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis court and games room to help you relax and unwind!

A 5 minute drive from the award winning Woolacombe beach. Set in the peaceful Willingcott holiday Village. Relax or take a dip in the shared outdoor heated pool (seasonal - opens Whitsun week through to the end of September) less than one minute away, or for the more active there is surfing, paddle boarding, walking or cycling; this beautiful area has it all. In the evening why not visit one of the local pubs or hunker down with a movie or maybe a board game for those more competitive!

Moon Beamer is a boho, log cabin with panoramic views, outdoor bathtub and every home from home amenity set in a natural, peaceful paradise. This newly refurbished cabin is beautifully rustic boho styled with 2 King (or twin) bedrooms sleeping up to 4. There's an open plan lounge and kitchen opening onto a private decking through 5m bifold doors with everything you need including oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. This is a cosy and unique stay.

Tucked away in a quiet, rural location, but just a few minutes’ drive from the award-winning Woolacombe beach, our dog-friendly holiday cottage offers every home comfort plus a little touch of luxury. We designed Bay Tree Cottage to be a home away from home, with plenty of special touches that make it a place you’ll remember. Set in the private, landscaped grounds of Willingcott Valley, summer guests (June to Sept) will also have access to the heated outdoor swimming pool.

The Barn at Coombe Farm Goodleigh

Easter and Summer bookings are weekly with a Friday check-in. The Barn has been converted in to a beautiful 2 bedroom property for 4 people. It is located in the grounds of Coombe Farm, with a private terrace, hot tub, ceramic barbecue, hammock, garden and access to a shared outdoor pool in summer (June to September). A foot path runs past The Barn, to the village of Goodleigh, where there is a pub. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom. Well behaved dogs are welcome.
