Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Superbly located within walking distance of the shops, bars, restaurants and cafes of Braunton, Ambrose is also just 5-10 minutes by car from Saunton Sands and Croyde Bay. A perfect getaway.

There is a large family bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a chair bed with adjacent bathroom. Downstairs there is underfloor heating in the well equipped open plan living room and kitchen. The accommodation is dog friendly with a dedicated field nearby for dog walking & exercising.
