On the side of our holiday house we have a delightful small private apartment with two entrances and full sun. The area is great for hiking, biking and as a base. Dual car parking and space for keeping skis or bikes under shelter. It's ideal for two people with a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Direct train to Munich. An outdoor swimming pool is in the immediate vicinity. In winter, several ski and toboggan areas can be reached within about 20-40 minutes. It is conveniently located between Rosenheim and Kufstein and can be reached via the highway. Munich and Salzburg can be reached in about 1 hour.

It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.
