Through the garden you have direct access to the “Alsterwanderweg”, perfect to go for a run, hiking or walking. In 10 minutes one can walk to the largest shopping center in Northern Germany, the AEZ and the rapid transit train station Poppenbüttel, from which one can reach directly the city centre. Also, the airport is not far away.

Hello to all visitors to Hamburg! Welcome to the 50 sqm apartment of my single-family home in Hamburg's north-east. The house is conveniently located to the subway, but quiet and green. Free parking is available in the street. The U1 Trabrennbahn is within walking distance of 500 m and takes you to the city of Hamburg in 20 – 30 minutes. Allotment areas and a small lake nearby invite you to walk. At the train station: Edeka, kiosk, cleaning, pharmacy, flower shop and an Asia snack.

The apartment is located in a modern annex of 65 m², is completely barrier-free and has its own entrance. The bright and spacious living room with dining area is complemented by an open, fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a bed of 1.8/2.0 m and plenty of closet space. The location in the green and quiet Alstertal with hiking trails and canoe rental invites you to relax. It is a 10-minute walk to the S-Bahn and bus station. From there, the city can be reached in 30 minutes.

Im Herzen von Fuhlsbüttel findet ihr in unserem Garten dieses hübsche Gästehaus. Nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Flughafen bietet das Appartement genügend Platz zum Wohlfühlen oder auch Arbeiten. Dank einer Küche habt ihr die Wahl, zwischen Kochen und auswärts essen. Restaurants und das beste Franzbrötchen der Stadt sind in direkter Umgebung. In die Innenstadt gelangt ihr nach 5 Gehminuten zur Bahn mit der U1 in nur 18 oder in nur 10 Minuten ins schöne Eppendorf oder Alster.

The apartment is located in a listed building with a wonderful, green courtyard. All windows and the loggia face a quiet side street. From the 4th floor you have great views over the houses. Unfortunately, the staircase does not have an elevator. The spacious hallway with dining area and the large kitchen-living room invite you to sociable evenings. Parking is sufficiently available nearby during the day. The city park is only a few minutes' walk away.

The accommodation is in a quiet location in a cul-de-sac next to a park with a small lake. The room is approx. 35m² in size, has its own kitchen and bathroom and offers space for 2 adults and up to 2 children with a double bed and a sofa bed. The accommodation is in the basement and has a ceiling height of 2.09 m. Supermarkets and restaurants (5-10min) and public transport (bus 2min) are in the immediate vicinity. Public parking is usually available.

This newly renovated studio apartment offers everything you need for a great stay in Hamburg. Peaceful yet close to the airport, it’s located in our occupied house. Thanks to its separate entrance, you can enjoy full privacy. A parking space is right in front. The highlight is the pool area, with an outdoor shower, lounge furniture, and ambient lighting. The terrace is part of the garden, which is used exclusively by me.
