Villa vacation rentals in Botkyrka

We were 5 friends on our first kayaking holiday in the Stockholm Archipelago. Dilan & Hassan were very kind and responded quickly to my questions - and made sure that if we were missing something, we got it right away. When we were in doubt about how to get to Stockholm, Hassan replied that it was easiest by train and that he would be happy to pick us up in the morning and again when we got home at 9 pm in the evening. We also got garden furniture when the weather suddenly became sunny. Overall very satisfactory stay.

We stayed at Linnea's house for two nights. The kids enjoyed the child friendly place. The cats were lovely too!

The house is very nice, very comfortable, we have gone 8 people and we have been phenomenal. Pascal is very friendly and very attentive to everything. The fantastic location to move around . And on it snowed us so the scenery was wonderful. Highly recommended both the house and the host. Thank you very much

We were really really satisfied with our stay at Kajsas Lakeside-Villa!! The hosts are very friendly and warm people and could be contacted every time during our stay. Communication with them was fast and excellent just like the cozy house by the lake we stayed in. Everything one could need was there and we were even allowed to take some firewood to use the chimney for the first colder autumn evenings. Also the distance to Stockholm was perfect, if you want both: to live in a place near nature and have a short way to the city (you do not necessarily need your own car because it is easy to get to the city centre with public transportation in 30-40 Minutes from there around the clock -> busstop "Grindstugan" -> sl.se). A visit to Tyresta National Park (www.tyresta.se/english/) is also just 30 Minutes away with public transport. Thank you very much for letting us stay in your beuatiful lakeside-villa! Lisa + Hannes

We very much enjoyed staying at this lovely and quiet place with plenty of room. The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well indeed!!

We had an amazing weekend at Ornö! The house is beautifully located with a lake view and very close to the beach/jetty. Arne was available and so we got in properly when we arrived. The large wooden deck that runs around the whole house made the jus feel big and luxurious, which set is also. The wooden deck only reinforced the feeling of space. All rooms were fresh and cozy and both the kitchen and bathrooms were top notch. We are more than happy to come back to Arne's house!

We’ve had an amazing stay with friends and toddlers. The house was perfect for cooking and social evenings. We had bad weather which means we did not enjoy the pool as we hoped to, but luckily we enjoyed the sauna with breathtaking views. Mikael was responsive and always helpful when we had questions. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this house in Sigtuna, and I couldn't be more impressed! We had a marvelous time at Fatimas House with the gorgious huge garden It's the perfect place to stay, if you look for a mixture of nature and Cityliving. A lake only a few minutes walk away and the busstation nearly in front of the door. Fatima is a perfect host, who had a lot of Tips for our stay in Stockholm and even picked us up at the Station. We really had a fantastic weekend in this lovely house. Well-equipped kitchen, cozy social areas both inside and out and a lovely pool! Hope to maybe come back but then with the family ☀️

Nestled in the heart of the forest, it offers a true escape from the hustle and bustle, yet it’s only 45 minutes from Stockholm. The setting is peaceful, rejuvenating… a real delight! Wendela and Peter are exceptional hosts: highly responsive, always available, and incredibly kind. They thought of everything to make our stay perfect, leaving us thoughtful treats and local specialties to discover. The house was impeccably clean, which made settling in even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for an exceptional place that combines nature, comfort, and perfect hospitality, look no further—this is the place to be! Jens and Caroline are really top hosts. What a wonderful time we had in their home. The house has all the comforts and has plenty of space! The garden is a dream. A nice playhouse and trampoline for the children, but above all the swimming pool (and adjacent sauna) are great. The kids played in the pool for hours. Truly a gift! We ended up just leaving for a trip to Stockholm. The direct connection there (with public transportation) is great! But the house was so nice, we didn't have to leave. Our kids said, "we do understand that this is their dream home!"

This was the best experience we have had with any rental anywhere. The area is in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood of single-family homes, extremely close to a bus stop to go into the city or shopping. This home stood out from other rentals we have had. It was comfortable, functional and very clean, and I have really high standards and usually clean a rental myself upon checkin. Not necessary here. The home was stocked with everything we needed while not being at all cluttered. Therese met us at checkin to go over instructions for the home and to show us where everything was. She was friendly and truly wanted our family to enjoy her home. We were all adults, two couples and my single son and each had our own bathroom. The outdoor space is beautifully landscaped and the perfect place to enjoy coffee, an afternoon drink or a meal. When returning to Nacka to visit family, this is my first choice in where to stay. We had a wonderful stay in Marie’s house. She was so friendly and we could feel, that she really cares about the house and it’s good state. We immediately felt home because everything is so cozy and and the interior is selected with love. Thank you for this beautiful week!

The house and pool are very nice. We found a good running route and the parking lot at Stora Mossen Tunnelbana was also a good tip for our excursions to Stockholm. After that, we were able to relax excellently in a quiet environment.

After 2 weeks of traveling through Sweden, we enjoyed a week in Nynäshamn at this great villa. The decor was great and inspiring. The house is very large and each of the children had their own room. We spent most of our time on the large terrace. There is also the possibility for fitness with dumbbells :-). We received many tips from Helen and Niclas for excursions and restaurants. We recommend renting a kayak at Lövhagen for a nice tour in the archipelago. Also recommended in the Ute Express from Nynäshamn to Alö or Utö - if necessary, rent bicycles there. The house is highly recommended and we really appreciated the hospitality there.
