If needed, we can also add an extra bed. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The bathroom is newly renovated with shower and washing machine. Lovely patio on your own veranda. Close to transportation Around the corner there is a very popular sushi shop. Bakery and grocery store within 5 minutes walking distance. Large green areas are nearby.

A very small studio with own entrance on the bottom floor of our house in a quiet area, close to Stockholm city (15 min by subway.) The bed is 140 cm wide. Equipped kitchen. The studio is in the basement. My family with childen live in the house, so you might hear us moving around. A 10 min walk to the subway stations Svedmyra, green line19. Close by, walking distance, a big and a smaller supermarket, parks, restaurants and walking areas. Own entrance with code lock. No pets allowed. Welcome.

Apartment Swedish Charm is situated on a lakeside property with access to our dock, paddle boards, sauna, the canoe, and other outdoor activities. Newly renovated (2026) using inspiration from classic Swedish interiors, both antique and modern. It is an independent unit but is part of our home. The bus stop is 200 meters away .
