Here you live rural next to the lake and nature but with short distances to Stockholm. Parking for one car available. In about 40 minutes you can get to central Stockholm. Best suited for adult guests may the topography of the property.

Welcome to a beautiful house in Uttran, Stockholm. Enjoy your stay in our house with lake property, private pool and private dock. A short walk from the house, there is the nature reserve Vinterskogen with an illuminated exercise loop, outdoor gym, hiking trails and a cozy swimming area. Lake Uttran is an elongated lake that in summer invites you to swim, fish or maybe just a cozy boat trip. In winter, you can sometimes take a walk, skate on the ice or why not a refreshing swim in an ice hole.

Ett perfekt ställe för avkoppling och återhämtning. Användning av spa pool ingår. Bastu går att lägga till för en kostnad 500 kr/dag under er vistelse men meddela detta vid bokningen Endast 25 minuter med bil till Stockholm city om man vill utforska staden och 10 minuter till härliga vandringsleder i Tyresta Nationalpark.

I en separat stuga 5m från detta boende finns en rymlig bastu med havsutsikt. Spa pool finns ca 50 meter från huset I sjöboden finns en säng och en bäddsoffa. You can borrow fishing rods, SUP and a rowboat. We have a cozy sauna just near the lakehouse There is a beautiful two-hour walk around the lake. We’ll gladly provide a backpack so you can pack a snack for the excursion. Breakfast available on request at extra cost.
