Si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Alghero e in una zona molto tranquilla dove poter passare delle splendide giornate rilassanti. La zona è vicina a tutti i servizi come supermercati, farmacie, fermate bus, negozi etc. La casa non è adatta a persone che hanno problemi di deambulazione, è situata al terzo piano senza ascensore.
