What makes it one of a kind is the distinctive internal courtyard, equipped for hosting private lunches and dinners outdoors, where you will find access to the laundry room created by carving out the heart of the mountain. Here, the exposed stone of the Serravalle hill reigns supreme. One last look goes to the artistic and decorative elements, which give the house an artistic soul, such as the murals and magnolias by Pina Monne, a well-known Sardinian artist, and the handmade fishing traps.
