The cottage on Via Pia is a historic 1880s house, typically built with local stone: the black basalt of the Abbasanta plateau. Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

The house is sheltered from the sun and remains quite cool even in summer, also thanks to the stone walls, typical of historic Bosa. The view of the river is covered by the building in front but you just need to leave the house to be right in front of the river. It is located a few meters from the ancient bridge and the ancient cathedral, surrounded by many characteristic places.

Guests say the property is more beautiful than it appears in the photos.

From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .
