Nicely done up flat

Hello :-) I'm renting a wonderful 1 room appartement in the heart of Rellingen out. (in the northwest city boundary of Hamburg) The appartment is build up on 42m², is located on the first upper floor and has a big south balcony. One can reach everything one need withing walking distance. Several supermarkets, backeries, post offices, drugstores/pharmacies, medical practitioners, banks, restaurants, etc. There is also a parking lot straight in front of the building for you to use. You need simply 30 minutes to get to the centre of Hamburg by car. By using public transport you'll need around 40 to get to the central station. The bus stop is only several steps away from the appartement. Information about the appartement: light kitchen with dining table for 2 and functional facilities for cooking including a coffe machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and much more. The livingroom as well as the livingroom offer accommodations for up to 3 people. A 90x200cm and 160x200cm is available. The room also offers a dining table for 4 people and a TV. "Great break" - beautiful apartment at the gates of Hamburg

Kick back and relax in this quiet, stylish space. The apartment has a free parking space with access to an e-charging station and is 10 minutes by car from the Schnelsen fairgrounds, 15 minutes by car from Hamburg airport, 30 minutes by car from downtown Hamburg. The property is a 7-minute walk from Bönningstedt Train Station. At the moment, there is a rail replacement traffic to Hamburg, so it takes about 1 hour by public transport to Hamburg.

Great! Gerlinde is really super friendly, was always available. The accommodation booked with Gerlinde was a dream for little money. Tip: half an hour by public transport to Hamburg Landungsbrücken, bus stop Gorch-Fock-Straße ;) DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

Great accommodation with feel-good factor, very clean and nicely furnished. You can really spend beautiful and relaxing vacation days here. We immediately felt comfortable in the apartment and enjoyed the time there very much. The amenities leave nothing to be desired, nothing is missing! Everything is perfect. The highlight is the loving decoration of the apartment, which makes it a FAVORITE PLACE. Smooth check-in, pleasant and fast communication in advance, great tips from Bernadette, ... Everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The contact with Bernadette was great, everything worked out so great and uncomplicated. We will remember the wonderful time in Rellingen and highly recommend the apartment.

We felt completely comfortable with Ute and Ulli. The mattress was excellent – we slept like we hadn't in a long time, often not even as well as at home. The location is wonderfully quiet, ideal for relaxing. And what we especially liked: Ute and Ulli are two incredibly warm, dear people who really take care of their guests attentively and thoughtfully. I give you the highest praise for that!
